Professional athletes appear to have been targeted in a series of home invasions over the past few months. The FBI has linked recent home burglaries to South American transnational theft groups, according to The Associated Press.

Resentment by an entitled individual. Guy is sent to a $40,000 a year private high school, then Ivy league. Probably never worked a day in his life. Most likely got a medical bill after his back surgery that required him to be responsible and pay his share. Can't have that!! So he shots a stranger in the back. Then third world mentalities say they don't give a shit, lawlessness is OK here. Those who think that are the problem.

I'm not defending a murderer but United Healthcare is one of the worst insurance companies out there. The insurance industry can be pretty scummy to begin with but they are legit evil. You reap what you sow.

According to no sources familiar with the matter, Joe was just told to file an insurance claim. Meanwhile, people are upset with insurance prices going up and claims getting denied.  

Surprised nobody has bumped this thread after what happened yesterday.  Maybe this country needs to work on the mental health issue, the media issue and to stop pushing hate in this country and to stop dividing the people that do not have the same views. The hate against those who view the world differently needs to stop so everyone can be free to think as they may. 

Another sad day in this country that was brought on issues that could have been dealt with outside of violence.

When I hear of another shooting, I just smh wondering where it happened this time.

We are not serious as a country about addressing the multifaceted problem.

So it will continue to happen.

 Unfortunately, I feel like you're right Mid and I have the same feelings. Seems like this country needs to take child development a bit more serious and address early signs of mental health. Seems with technology and access to unlimited amounts of information, children's mental health is decaling and becoming weak. Maybe we coddle children too much and push studies that children shouldn't experience until their brains are fully developed and they are adults. Seems like some children can't handle everything that's being thrown at them in todays world.  

I just figured nobody bumped this because it didn't fit a certain narrative that some posters in here like to bring up when it comes to guns (and not humans). I have a feeling if this situation did fit their narrative, there would be a dozen posts about the tool used and followed by regurgitating sentiment and emojis to keep this at the top all day. Assuming certain posters figured out the back story of the shooter and couldn't link gun issues to the individual that decided to act on this. Lets hope these situations subside and people can become more willing to accept people that have different views from their own.

Son shoots/kills mother. The other son finds out what happened & approaches his brother who takes a shot at him but misses. So he shoots/kills the brother who killed the mother.

Suspect in shooting of Minnesota lawmakers has been captured.  CNN reports that he is a Trump voter and evangelical Christian who is anti-abortion and anti-LGBTQ rights.  Financial struggles might have driven him to target mostly democrats.  In the US, a significant proportion of violent murderers tend to be right wing extremists.

Now they got something to talk about.

This is an old, ongoing thread, that doesn't get much traction anymore. Over the history of it, there are several posts that have been glossed over, or outright ignored. You act as if the flood gates opened once details came out. Nothing was said by anyone, outside of one of third's auto-generated reaponses. And with respect to third, you can't put much into anything he posts.

I see what you're putting down. I just don't think it was the case on this one. If "everyone" sat on their hands, apparently they are all still sitting.

Another maga with their bullshit. This shooting is about trans, this problem is about mental help and not being able to purchase guns like they are bubble gum. Amazing no other modernized countries have this problem we have, cause they actually do something about it.

The big beautiful bill dumped mental health funding so some rich ass billionaire can get more tax breaks.
