DC police chief offers simple solution to get homicide rates down: 'Keep violent people in jail'
wow, what a novel idea
Sad that liberals worked so hard to keep all these thugs and killers roaming the streets
Yeah, laws and jails are racists
"We need to keep violent people in jail. Right now, the average homicide suspect has been arrested eleven times prior to them committing a homicide," the chief continued. "That is a problem. That is a problem."
Mindbogglingly sad that they are just figuring this out now
and in DC they were about to make it worse than they already have
but
Repeat offenders are a problem in the nation's capital. Last month, Rep. Angie Craig, D-Minn., called out the city's elected officials over their soft on crime policies after she was assaulted by a homeless man. She was his thirteenth victim.
But since they run on emotion and not brain power
it took this woman getting assaulted by a repeat offender before she "woke" up
which it usually does
so, if that's what it takes
To ALL liberals getting mugged or assaulted today so that they too can 'woke' up

Man, has Spring Break changed sine I moved to Florida in 76. There was always plenty of drinking, one night stands, football on the beach, plenty of live music etc. Every once in awhile a fight would break out but nothing big.
Since the beginning of this month through the 19th, Miami Beach police have confiscated 70 guns & arrested 322 people. 70guns!
I don't get it! Your coming to South Florida for sun & fun, so why are you packing? Last night a dude shot another for no apparent reason while people were strolling near the beach.
Life doesn't mean much to so many people.

You can prevent crimes by incarcerating criminals, not letting them back out on the street to continue their sprees. Novel idea, eh libs?
And the perfect place to start - in order to demonstrate to the world that the right are NOT a bunch of flakes that the left claims they are - is to incarcerate trump. Great idea!

You seem to alway use Fox as the Dalai Lama “see’s all know’s all” as a source of information? You do realize that Murdoch has basically admitted in his deposition under oath that Fox News lied and that he could have done more to discourage them.
It’s an interesting dynamic because Murdoch obviously does not want his company to be sued but he dislikes Trump. Fox hosts and producers were terrified of other right wing news outlets undercutting them and taking their audience. But this could be a devastating blow to their reputation. Of course they didn’t have a reputation amongst most normal-thinking people, but no doubt many ordinary Republican voters believed in Fox being a truthful source of news coverage. Even now you have a
More than a year ago Murdoch’s reputation had been trashed in the UK after his newspapers admitting to phone hacking, including hacking the phone of a missing school girl, causing her parents to believe at the time that she was still alive.
I honestly believe if Trump fled the country to Saudi Arabia or Russia the Fox head line would be “ Trump Flees Oppressive Regime or American Left Drives Out Nation’s Greatest Patriot “ But in reality with honest news it would read “ Trump Trades Democracy For Oppressive Regime ! Even yesterday A Fox employee claimed that the company’s lawyers helped shape her testimony in the Dominion matter under false pretenses, with the conscious intent of throwing her under the bus later. How can anyone not see this network as nothing more than a 24/7 drama entertainment pretty faces and long legs!

Instead of attacking the source why aren't you attacking each article on it's merit. Apparently you can't.
-Fox News was first to hold on to the notion that the virus came from a lab. Now, finally after two years post Trump it is becoming widely excepted.
-Fox News stuck to the laptop is NOT Russian disinformation while all of the rest of mainstream media bound together as one voice saying it was, they lied.
-Fox News stuck to the truth that vaccine was not as effective as advertised. They showed proof while our Admin and CDC blamed the unvaccinated.
I could go on. It's obvious the truth is often uncomfortable to political parties. And it obvious the majority of news outlets are happy to tow a party line to keep the truth hidden when told to do so. And Fox is no angel, often times I disagree with certain broadcasts. Show me proof and I'll listen. CNN has been sued numerous times and has settled many cases as has many others. It happens, rising broadcasters looking to make a name.
And as far as voting machines there is a long history of mistrust in voting machines. A few examples;

Republicans trust Fox news the most because it boosters their false beliefs about reality. They view Carlson as the most trusted news presenter because he repeatedly lies. He gives them what they want. In contrast, Economist/YouGov poll reveals that overall American viewers trust PBS, BBC, ABC, CBS and CNN more than Fox news.

I’m sorry but I have to disagree with you Watching Fox News is like watching some TV series that all your friends are watching: you don’t watch it because it’s true, you watch it so you can join in the discussions among your friends on what you’ve seen. Have you not seen the Carlson Hannity & Ingrahan Texts ? The CEO said there broadcasts were laced with untruth! That means nothing to you ?

And I question ,listen and look at the evidence of which Fox is alway very short coming forth with there almost daily conspiracy theories, Now I do believe or suspect a few conspiracies current and in history. Conspiracy does exist. There are laws that you can be convicted of conspiring. I am also an a borderline atheist. I dismiss many conspiracy theories on the same grounds I dismiss many portions of religions. But I do not completely dismiss the value of religion. Many folks seem to have trouble drawing the line of viability and or truth of many things, which seems to be gene pool and common denominator of most the Fox News cult.

The threat via modems has been in existence for years & many experts believe the threat is overblown. There has never been a successful hack on record.
Oddly enough, with this known potential exposure Congress has been slow to adapt in making changes & has provided a measly 250 million for states to address the issue.
If and when there is a breach, the horse will have already left the barn.

Yes I saw the text and I applaud them. They called it as it was, no proof. And they said so on their broadcasts. Remember Carlson saying so. Hannity not one of my favorites, he goes overboard quite often as many talk show hosts do. And they are "talk shows" not the news. No problem there. And Carlson was fed up with Trump. So was I. Trump was pushing the election fraud issue too much. The real fraud was the media with "anonymous sources" saying bounties on our troops, Trump dissed WW1 dead, drink bleach, laptop is Russian, etc. Many states illegally changed election laws under the guise of covid. Be happy to give examples. Zuckerburg organized and funneled millions into the election thst raises questions.
Back to Fox News, did you know Moderna is being sued by Genevant Sciences and Arbutus Biopharma Corp for patent infringements over Vaccine development and back in May Moderna said it was the US government responsible and liable and a judge said no, Moderna is liable. Now, Biden's DOJ steps in and says the US govt. (aka taxpayers) should pay the lawsuit?
Find that on ABC, NBC, or CNN.
