The Swede is now bragging unemployment is at a 17-year low.

Is it not ironic that 17 years ago today we were entering the last month of the Bill Clinton presidency? Eight years of a healthy economy, a balanced budget, and more people off welfare than even Ronald Reagan envisioned. No confusion regarding the budget. No Boolean algebra-trigonometric-calculus based formula impossible to decipher, so that we can continue to cut taxes on the wealthy, add to the national debt, and prepare a budget that will include massive shortfalls (unless the social safety net is demolished, another Trump dream). Just simple arithmetic; you either have the money or you don’t.

Blame Obama for whatever you want. You will anyway, but Bush left HIM with two Middle Eastern Wars, no exit strategy, unlimited cost-plus contracts with Cheney’s buddies at Halliburton, Thousands of American deaths (not to mention Iraqi) and a war torn Middle East perfectly poised for the emergence of ISIS. Couple that with the fact he never had any proof that Saddam was behind 9/11 in the first place. He also left us with 9/11 and the worst recession in 70 years.

Who inherited a mess from whom?

It was Obama’s decision to back rebels in Syria against Assad and create the worst humanitarian crisis since WW2.

Obama took one of Africa’s most successful countries (Libya) and turned it into a failed state. Now Libya is a breeding ground for terrorism and they are buying and selling slaves.

Obama campaigned on ending both wars. He failed.

    Sad.

Beautiful prototypes we have for The Wall. I love how he doesn’t rush into it and will make sure the right contractors are picked to make it as beautiful as possible.

Detox - your posts are totally without value, so; why do you need to state the worthless in so darn many posts? Most folks just package all their garbage in one bag and take it out on trash pick up day. Maybe we could cover some of the Swede's deficits (and personal taxes) with an "excess post tax" on you.

OK, let’s define the spectrum of my lifetime, since it is 72 and I doubt you are that old.

Truman, Kennedy, Johnson, Carter, Clinton and Obama were worthless dolts.

Eisenhower, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush-1 and Bush-2 were patriotic and economic geniuses and among the greatest Americans that ever lived.

Now that we have defined that we can use partisan politics to reconstruct and revise history. HRC will not be part of the discussion since she was never elected, never served, and holds no current power of any type. Unless the Dems are insane her political career is over. Nice try. Better luck in the next generation. Maybe Chelsea stands a chance, but that is another moot point.

After you give that a little thought, whatever you are capable of, ask yourself what any of it has to do with the current conduct of the presidency with DJT in office.

I realize you are relatively new or recent to my posts so let’s clear up one other thing. I was not a Hillary fan. I voted for Trump, but only for the sake of the Federal Court system, as I believed in greater balance throughout the system. It is just a shame DJT wants to appoint such young and inexperienced judges to lifetime jobs though, just to insure an ultra-conservative bend far into the future. That alone may be an abuse of power. Better to appoint old judges (as conservative/liberal as you want) so they will die within a reasonable amount of time. No president should be trying to influence the judiciary 30, 40 years down the road. He will be dead and has no idea what the country will face at that time, or what the culture of the times will dictate. Today’s radical (right/left, take your pick) 35-year-old may be an entirely different old curmudgeon at 70 or 80.

Move On: I am neither Republican (greed and power corruption) nor Democrat (space cadet, deceiving corruption) and do not support any form of Hillary power. She is out of power and irrelevant. I judge and react to the conduct of the current presidency.

Clinton left us in fine shape. Dubya was a joke, and Obama was the inheritor of a mess, as DJT would say. THAT was the original point, and the question remains, who left who a “mess”?
