Jake Tapper & Wolf Blitzer -


Classified documents were found while cleaning out a desk that was used by former VP Joe Biden!!

The documents (fewer than a dozen) were immediately turned over to the National Archives when discovered in November, but the situation has been referred for possible investigation to the Justice Department.  The FBI is also reviewing this.


Stay tuned for more updates as we get them...

According to CNN, National archives view the situation as a mistake made years ago.  After discovery of few documents, Biden lawyers immediately contacted National archives so that they can be returned to correct mistake.  Apparently, Biden lawyers are more cooperative than Trump lawyers in different circumstances.

Welp, that's a fine howdoyado.

Now Trump and his deluded sycophants  (TDS) will use that to declare that Trump isn't guilty of anything related  an_roll_laugh

Trump should be prosecuted and convicted.

it looks like the docs were there from the days when he used that office officially as vp

 

but if he is guilty of a crime he has to b prosecuted as should anyone else

Trump Appointee Tapped By Democrat AG Merrick Garland To Review Classified Documents Found In Biden's VP Office

A U.S. attorney appointed by former President Donald Trump has been tapped to oversee the review of the classified materials found in President Joe Biden's former office at the Penn Biden Center, according to a report.

The documents date to Biden's vice-presidential days. John R. Lausch Jr., the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, will allegedly be overseeing the review of Biden documents, The Washington Post reported.

Lausch is a Trump appointee  and is one of two presidentially appointed U.S. attorneys that the Biden administration kept on.

In addition to Atty. Lausch, one of the sources, also claimed that the FBI will be taking part in the review.
