Aren't handouts great. And the census bureau is a joke c'mon now. How can you get an accurate account of census information in a nation full of illegals and those that don't bother providing accurate information. Not a great tool to hang your hat on if you ask me. Numbers can be fudged one way or another so it makes in unreliable.
