Classified documents found hidden in Bidens private office

The classified materials included some top-secret files with the "sensitive compartmented information" designation, also known as SCI, which is used for highly sensitive information obtained from intelligence sources.

Biden was critical of Trump when he saw the photograph taken by the FBI that showed an array of documents found on Trump's property last summer.

"How that could possibly happen? How one -- anyone could be that irresponsible?" Biden said. "And I thought what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods? By that I mean names of people who helped or, et cetera. ... totally irresponsible."

These unclassified Biden documents were actually found in November, before the election, but was kept quiet by the media in coordination with the White house, FBI, and DOJ.

Donalds defense was the president has ultimate authority on classified documents.

Joe wasn't president when he grabbed those documents.  He was VP.

So, Garland should recuse himself because he was appointed by Biden and allow a outside council to review it. Or does that only apply to Republicans?

Biden stole classified documents and stored them at his think tank while he was VP. The VP does not have any authority to declassify classified documents. And this “think tank” received $54 million in funding from the CCP. Sounds like they bought those.

When the documents were discovered, did they hide them and lie about them? No. They immediately gave them to the National Archives.

Did they immediately issue multiple false statements under penalty of perjury that a search for any and all records were performed and no other documents were found? No.

But wait, wasn’t this seven boxes of documents? No. It was 10 documents, not 7 boxes. 

Did Biden repeatedly lie to the DOJ and others about them? No. 

You see, that’s the clear as day difference between Biden and Trump. Biden’s people find something, they send it right over.

Trump, on the other hand:

- took boxes and boxes of documents,

- some of which were about Israel’s nuclear program

- blew off the National Archives during their first three informal requests

- lied to the DOJ during two subsequent formal requests, where they bent over backwards and gave Team Trump numerous outs 

- despite all that, Trump lawyers signed false statements under penalty of perjury (ruh roh) stating that no other docs existed on the premises, when numerous people totally knew that they did exist at Mar a Lago (this lead to the raid, lying and everyone knowing it was a lie)

So yeah, some pretty major differences between the two. Of course, I don’t expect Fox News to report fairly on that.

Also pay attention to the contradictory GOP narratives that:

- Biden is a criminal mastermind 

- Biden is an incompetent old fart with cognitive difficulties 

Funny how those don’t pass the smell test, but the GOP is desperate for you to believe both.

Did Trump hide documents? NO, he worked with the Archive. They recommended a bigger lock, he installed it. They KNEW RIGHT WHERE THE DOCUMENTS WERE.

We're the 7 boxes of documents all classified? Hell, no. The VAST MAJORITY were personal documents.

Did  Biden's lawyers immediately issue ANY STATEMENT?? NOPE, this supposedly took place  Nov. 2nd and we're just now hearing about it, and not from him or his lawyers. 

Sidehatch is right.  Yahoo news report the key difference is that Biden team have done exactly what they are supposed to do.  Upon discovering documents, they immediately notify National archives and return them.  National archives never asked for the documents.  Documents are often displaced and this case looks like a routine investigation with no allegation of criminal wrongdoing.  In contrast, National archives repeatedly asked for documents from Trump before seeking help from justice department.  He failed to cooperate with National archives and justice department.  The reason why Trump is in legal trouble is his obstruction of justice.
