... despite all that, Trump lawyers signed false statements under penalty of perjury (ruh roh) stating that no other docs existed on the premises, when numerous people totally knew that they did exist at Mar a Lago (this lead to the raid, lying and everyone knowing it was a lie) So yeah, some pretty major differences between the two. Of course, I don’t expect Fox News to report on that.
So CNN and New York Times report a single Trump lawyer signed a document in June. Did they post the document. Provide any proof???
The nuclear secrets? Any proof?
Are not these two also the ones who said Russia colluded with Trump? Same ones who said there were Russian bounties on our troops? Same ones who said no way virus came from a lab?
I think we all know who here has Trump Derangement Syndrome.

This was discovered in November. Garland appointed a Trump-nominated attorney to oversee everything. In 2+ months, things were known but it's just a story now. Highly likely there will be no TS-SCI documents found. It's not good, but it's not the same level as what was at 45's house. Comparisons aren't valid, but they are gonna be made

Fact... we were told for months by all the top democrats and the media that taking top secret and classified documents from the white house was treasonous, grounds for impeachment of a president, even possible death penalty.

Quote Gotta love this crap. Did Trump hide documents? NO, he worked with the Archive. They recommended a bigger lock, he installed it. They KNEW RIGHT WHERE THE DOCUMENTS WERE. We're the 7 boxes of documents all classified? Hell, no. The VAST MAJORITY were personal documents. Did Biden's lawyers immediately issue ANY STATEMENT?? NOPE, this supposedly took place Nov. 2nd and we're just now hearing about it, and not from him or his lawyers.
Yes, you are full of crap. Trump had two attorneys sign under penalty of perjury that they searched for additional documents and couldn’t locate them, and had turned over everything they could find. Those were lies, because the search did find more.
Trump could have actually turned everything over well before the DOJ got involved. But he didn’t. He lied. So they got involved.
The judge and discovery master on the case haven’t said that they were personal documents. In fact, Trump admitted that he did take classified documents by stupidly saying that he magically declassified them with his brain. (Not how declassification works btw.)
So I agree, the two cases are not comparable at all. Biden = turned them over immediately after being discovered. Trump = lied to the National Archives, lied to DOJ, then stupidly admitted to all of the above.
Man, you guys are so obsessed with Trump it’s laughable. And I thought you guys were supposed to pretend you have thick skin!
But hey, if anyone who removed classified documents is unfit for office - then I’m happy you agree Trump is unfit for office.

#1. Do you really believe attorneys found the classified documents?
#2. Would an attorney "do the right thing" and implicate the man who pays them? Seems like you wouldn't have a job very long.
More likely senario; Staffers and maybe hired college kids were doing the actual moving, not lawyers. Staffers and college kids found the less than 10 docs, reported it and then lawyers moved in. Lawyers perform damage control. Maybe find many more classified docs that only their eyes saw. Wisk those away, protect their client. All gone! Those documents seen by others can't hide. CYA. Full two months later go public. WHY? Maybe too many know about the "less than 10", story leaking out?
Full investigated by the House needed, not DOJ or FBI cover up job.

“Full investigated by the House needed, not DOJ or FBI cover up job.”
Oh yes, let’s entrust law enforcement investigations to the career groomers Gym Jordan and Matt Gaetz, because their reputations are impeccable and they never lie. LMAO

Pretty obvious now this story held up for two months so Garland could announce his special counsel against Trump on Nov18th.
And pretty obvious more than just personal lawyers saw those top secret docs otherwise we would have never known. Nobody was looking for them or even knew they existed, no reason to make public unless others knew. Have a feeling office was cleaned out only after someone stumbled onto some docs and reported it. Then they had to wait two months to try and save face for Garland going after Trump.
And this office was opened in 2018. Docs were taken from WhiteHouse before then it appears so they were moving around. VP's have no authority to declassify and remove top secret docs.

This in bold. These classified documents were moved multiple times yet Biden didnt know about them. OK.

GOP: It’s totally fine that Trump took hundreds of classified documents and refused to give them back until the FBI searched his house. Also GOP: Biden should be prosecuted for having a handful of classified documents in his office and returning them as soon as they were found.
Actually Midnight I bet every president has taken personal files including some that were marked classified. Yet those fanatical Trump hating idiots made a big f-ing deal and then used the FBI to raid his house. Anything to destroy the orange man!!
WHAT'S GOOD FOR THE GOOSE..........
President's have the right to declassify, VP's have no such rights.

There are a few differences in the steps taken by both men but the one YUGEEEE difference is that Joe returned them immediately when documents were found while the POS continues to obstruct in returning the documents in his possession.
BTW..had a good night in the CBB forum tonight going 3-0.
