Again, Trump is on record as hating the Constitution and the rule of law. Biden is still pro-law enforcement. If you hate America, vote Trump!

Big difference on Ukraine. Trump violated the emoluments clause of the Constitution. He was seeking something of value, information on his opponent from a foreign govt. Biden acted on the authority of a congressional committee. Republicans Rob Portman, Ron Johnson and Mark Kirk supported Biden on this.

FBI doesn't raid someone cooperating fully with National archives and justice department. However Trump's case is worse. Refusing to return government documents is worser than accidental possession. Based on evidences so far, there is insufficient legal case against Biden. Besides, justice department policy is not to charge sitting presidents.
