Colo Supremes: Insurrectionist Trump doesn’t belong in our primary

In a historic decision Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court barred Donald Trump from running in the state’s presidential primary after determining that he had engaged in insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021.

The ruling marked the first time a court kept a presidential candidate off the ballot under an 1868 provision of the Constitution that prevents insurrectionists from holding office. The ruling comes as courts consider similar cases in other states.

The decision is certain to be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, but it will be up to the justices to decide whether to take the case. Scholars have said only the nation’s high court can settle the issue of whether the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol constituted an insurrection and whether Trump is banned from running.

The Left impeached Trump twice , indicted him 4 times , charged him 91 times,

now they are trying to remove him from the ballot.

in spite of all of that  Donald John Trump's Poll numbers are the highest they have ever been in his Political Career.

On appeal this will be overturned by SCOTUS, but not because the convicted sex offender and fascist boss of the Trump Crime Family is allegedly innocent of engaging in insurrection (for the purpose of ELECTION INTERFERENCE!)

but because of pro conservative "loyalty" politics on SCOTUS  

Funny thing is it doesn't matter  ultimately because the blue state absolutely despises Trump and his cult.  So when SCOTUS overturns this and he's allowed on the ballot it's just another blue state where Trump will suffer a well deserved beatdown added to the list

which includes the 14 th amendment

the right doesnt seem to care about our constitution

Yep... It is a tactic that would make Putin proud.   Removing your opponent from the ballot,  making your opponent out to be a political prisoner..  Lefties are applying some serious Soviet Tactics.
