Snorkel...sorry to disappoint but I haven't read it. The bill is changing every day & I just hope the American citizen gets what is needed during this crisis.

A kid I coached in the Little League got married a year ago & they bought a small condo. They both worked for Home Depot & were recently furloughed.

They called the bank where they have their mortgage & were happy to hear the bank was willing to work with them. Well, until they heard the deal.

The bank agreed to suspend their mortgage payments for 90 days. Good, right? But....

At the end of 90 days, they must produce a check for the 3 months or the bank will begin foreclosure on the property.

Since they are not working & don't know when they will return, they are terrified of becoming homeless.

I would think this may be happening all across the country.

Nice!  Hadn’t heard of banks doing that.  Slightly risky for the banks, because some folks might just walk away.  But folks should always have 90 days saved up — if not, they need to get to that point.  Hopefully, this will not last that long.  Assuming they are current, then, it may be only one month or two at most.  And a lot of folks that are out of work should get govt money to tide them over.

We followed up with our Florida representatives regarding the housing issue for that young couple.

Got the voice mail for both Senator Rubio and Scott.

Rep. Ted Deutch office answered our call in their DC office. They listened but in the end told us they don't deal with the policy of banks & referred us to a local office of his.

We called the office but it closed @ 4 PM. We left a voicemail with our contact#.

Okay.  You guys may love Trump but they were talking about his press conferences on Nicole Wallace's show.  I'm usually working later hours but many customers are temporarily suspending service because they're scared for their lives.  So I've got nothing to do when I get home early and I was listening while browsing on my laptop.  They pointed out that sometimes it's more about campaigning than it is about providing information.  Half of the time Trump is complaining about everyone hating him, or he's talking about how he's been the best president ever and his administration is doing the greatest things ever.  The average person listens to this nonsense and just rolls their eyes.  I only watch these press conferences for amusement and occasionally getting factual information.  I don't care about Trump's spin but he's pretty funny when he tries to lay on the bull.  I know you may not understand it, but if civilization were falling apart, I certainly wouldn't have any confidence in Trump to handle the crisis.  He'd bail on everyone and leave the rest of us to deal with it.  That's the real Donald Trump, in my opinion.

I think Trump should dust off a Medal of Freedom medal and present it to Dr. Fauci when this nightmare is over.

Joe doesn't always come across well on TV whereas Trump loves the camera & can't get enough attention.

Trump stands firm on no mailing in of ballots.

    Go to the polls.

    Present yourself.

    Show your id.

    Vote.

What can possibly be wrong with this process?

You do know that Trump mailed his vote for the Florida primary, right?

You do know that some people are incapable of leaving their homes to vote, right?

You do realize that our soldiers can't go to their local polling place to vote, right?

You do realize some Americans work outside the country, right?

Roughly 99% of eligible American voters are able to vote at their local polling station There will always be exceptions.

The point is. President Trump does not want the entire population voting by mail.

President Trump would also like for each voter to show a valid id card. The valid id card seems to be an issue for a few people on the Left.

#1 the entire population doesn't intend to vote by mail. #2 Trump has already admitted if Democrats come out to vote, Republicans will get slaughtered. #3 an ID card has never been an issue on the Left and that is total propaganda bullshit.

Your boy is so out of touch he though you needed a picture ID to buy groceries. That's pure ignorance.

*3 million people are registered to vote in more than one state

*244 counties in the US....there is more registered voters than people legally eligible to vote

*8 states have more registered voters than voting age people

*In the first election after ballot harvesting was allowed.....In California Dems won every House seat in Orange county which was a Republican stronghold for decades.

*Voting by non-citizens....53% of Dems support Illegals their right to vote.

*11 DNC run states allow non-citizens voting of some kind.

To piggyback on Billyjones. It is estimated that Hillary Clinton received a staggering 800 000 votes from non citizens in November of 2016.

Republicans have long beaten the drum of rampant election fraud, when every study shows it is close to nonexistent.

When more people vote, Republicans usually lose. The GOP knows this, which is why voter suppression is in its DNA.

The one case of known recent voter fraud was performed by a GOP rep in North Carolina. Leslie McCrae Dowless was a redneck GOP hero until he got caught & the GOP let him be hung out to dry.

Trump has forgotten that 77% of Arizona voted by mail in 2016 & he won the state.

You farkers are already looking for excuses for losing in November. The fear is obvious.

No, I'm not a Trump supporter. I think he is very, very sick in the head.
