Hey lookingtowin ever heard this before -- the conflicting, contradictory statements made by Fauci, Birx, the CDC and the WHO, as, to then Trump would thereby make his statements and assessments on, at the time that he made them? And that includes the efficacy of the masks -- which the WHO and Giroir just recently said are not effective as they as they originally said? Now, why don't you call it out as such -- maybe because it wouldn't make your argument legitimate and go against the narrative? Hmmm....

So after reading my post, you surmised that my point was because of OWS, that the vaccine was the reason that it is being released this week? Ummmm how about the fact that because of OWS, the vaccine was developed in the FIRST PLACE? And in record time? Wow....
Regarding the roll out of the vaccine, they were waiting for the FDA and getting through the red tape bureaucracy. They ordered 100 million doses. Also, did it occur to you that maybe the idea was to get as much out, as quickly as possible (100 million) so they could administer them to the people that were most at risk, while continuously developing and producing them, to get to the threshold of over 300 million? As opposed to waiting until 300 million doses were made, which would have taken an exponential amount of time, therefore longer, which would then result in more subsequent deaths and risk? The sense of urgency concept of getting the vaccines out as early as possible to those most at risk -- what an idea.
We are putting all our eggs with Moderna -- really? When Pfizer was a participant in taking $1.95 billion as part of OWS to develop a vaccine? Is Pfizer not taking part in any of this -- do you know something the rest of us don't? And the baseless, unsubstantiated suppositions and assumptions are not prudent; it only hurts the cause.

Let's get some facts straight. Pfizer had nothing to do with Operation Warp Speed. They developed their vaccine with no help from the American government and the money they received was simply payment for an order. Let's talk about that order. 100 million doses. The vaccine is taken in two doses so let's be clear, 100 million doses treats 50 million people. When pfizer said, "You might want to order more because supplies will be limited." this administration basically said, "Naw."
If my friend grows some really good weed, and I put an order in before he crops, I don't get credit for helping grow the weed. And if he says, "Yo, bro, you might want to grab a little extra. This shit won't last." I can promise you i'll have the foresight to listen and grab a little extra.

I give this administration it's just due of credit but dudes on this site and others act like Trump and Pence were in the lab with the graduated cylinders and freaking bunsen burners. Yes, I'm well aware that Pfizer had been already developing the vaccine. However, the fact that they accepted, at least part of $1.95 billion, under Operation Warp Speed, means they took part in it, even if the money was not directly used for R & D. And the government did NOT say "Naw", regarding ordering more, as in "you might want to order more because supplies will be limited" --- wtf? Where did you come up that -- the oh so reputable, reliable New York Times or the Trump hating outlets? Because that is what they reported it as. They did not purchase more doses from Pfizer because the U.S. has contracts with 5 other companies, for additional vaccines, for a combined guarantee of 3 billion doses, with the option to get even more. So yes, let's get some facts straight.
Who is acting like Trump and Pence were essentially in the labs creating it? It's better to call it out and recognize it for what it is, without qualifying it -- Trump and his team facilitated it and did it in record time, when all the experts, both medical and the box talking heads on the 'fair and unbiased media', along with our so called unity-promoter president elect (you know, the one who was part of the spying, weaponizing of the FBI and our intelligence agencies, unmasking, and wanted to implement the use of the Logan Act to remove Trump) and his VP choice said it wouldn't ever happen, wouldn't be legit, or that they would never even take it, all part of the plan to deride and dismiss it. It must be part of their unity plan...

Everything you've said is factually wrong. Not everything... mostly everything. And just because someone reports facts, and you dislike said facts, does not mean that they've come from the "New York Times or the Trump hating outlets". And just because a news outlet hates Trump, it does not mean the report falsehoods. As far as me personally, I haven't read a New York times since the 90's, before the internet was huge, when if I was capping a Big East game I would occasionally buy a New York Times. We're talking early teen years. I like the way you think though. I just dropped loot on a Tesla for my California mistress. I'm just waiting on delivery. As far as i'm concerned I deserve credit for facilitating the development of Tesla.

How exactly did the facilitate it? They pledged to buy some when it was ready. That's it. And they couldn't even get that right. Ordered enough for 50 million people in a county of 300 million. They should have ordered twice what they ordered. True, there is an option to buy more but when would that be ready? Spring? Summer? Next fall? We do have orders in with about 5 other companies. Companies that did take developmental funding under Op Warp but the only one of those even close is Moderna. I'm not slamming Operation Warp Speed but knob gobblers like you are giving it (read:Trump) just a tad bit too much credit.

Why didn't you point out, exactly what I was wrong on? The New York Times was the outlet that reported on the Trump administration declining to get more vaccines from Pfizer -- that's why I quoted -- wait for it -- the New York Times....what a concept! Research it and you will see that -- due diligence.
And regarding the Trump team and the facilitating -- the point was that they facilitated getting the vaccine rolled out, and as quickly and proficiently as possible -- not in the development of the vaccine itself...how do you not get that?

You didn't quote the New York Times. You asked if I was quoting the Times. I was not. Pfizer is who is reporting that the Trump administration rejected their suggestion to order more that the initial 100 million doses, which again, treats 50 million people. Yes, we have an option to buy more but quite honestly, it's just that. An option. Remind me of which country doesn't have this option? We are involved with multiple other companies but they aren't close to being ready save for Moderna. Pfizer is rolling out now. It'd be better if we had enough coming to treat, say, 75 million Americans but 50 million is nothing to sneeze at. Operation Warp Speed does deserve some credit for the rollout but what are we really talking about here? Packing the shit in dry ice and mailing it out? Is the federal government even doing this or is it, as one would expect, coming straight from Pfizer? I mean, private institutions are handling the actual administration. It's not like the freaking Army corp of engineers is building temporary facilities and poking people in the arm. I ask again, with what exactly are they being credited?

How do you know that they are not going to order more? How do you know that they have not already? Perhaps they were wanting to get the first orders correct and shipped them out correctly, with all the obstacles, as we have never had this happen before, and getting thru the first set of 50 million (as per your claim), with more being rolled out in the middle of said process? And the doubting aspersions of Spring, Summer, Fall...Do you know something the rest of us don't know? Please share. That's nothing but baseless assumptions and suppositions.
A knob gobbler like me -- how mature -- is giving it too much credit -- really, I just pointed out what is true. The experts are saying it as well.

You're literally saying they deserve credit for just buying up some of vaccine. All we did towards the vaccine rolling out this week is say, "Hey, Pfizer, we hear you're working on a vaccine. If it works out, we'll buy some." Literally the bare minimum. And you want credit granted for this.

Not something the rest don't know. Common and available knowledge. Pfizer says that even if we order more, which i'm sure we will, that we shouldn't expect it before summer. With treatment of 50 million with Pfizers vaccine, Moderna's coming down the pipe, maybe it will all work out. Maybe we will still be working on the first batch and it won't be an issue. Lord knows how long this process will take. I just don't get is for what you are insisting credit is due? We didn't have a hand in development. The government isn't handling administration. The government isn't handling the shipping. Are we providing refrigeration units to rural areas for storage so that they won't have to rely solely on dry ice? Nope. Are we facilitating the development of rapid and easily administered tests? Not that I can see. So you are saying they deserve credit for simply buying some of the vaccine, just like several other countries. I bet the leaders of those countries don't require a pat on the back for simply doing the most basic of jobs, arguably not event that well.

I did not ask you if you were quoting the New York Times -- I already knew what they reported on -- I said that the NYT was the outlet that reported on it, and therefore I quoted them. And I suggest you do your due diligence and look it up, for your own confirmation, so you will know for yourself.
Are those rhetorical questions you are asking? Because it is not prudent or responsible to then, once again, make assumptions and suppositions, which then leads to statements and claims that we do not know the answers to, including what the government is going to do, or not do.

A true Trumper, brain dead. Biden opposed (not vehemently) shutting air travel from China. So what, Trump let the virus in from Europe and China had already contained it. Does Operation warp speed have to do with Space Force? They have been working on vaccines of this type for years and it would not have been possible without other countries giving us and the world the genetic codes.
You mentioned how well Trump has done, I know your superior mind refuses to understand these numbers so you can just skip these. By the way you actually don’t need to be a genius to add 5 + 5 and divide it by 5
America has 3% of the world population and 20% of the deaths from Covid19. China has a population which is over 4x more than the USA, but we now have over 16,000,000 infection and over 300,000 deaths. While China has less than 90,000 infections and less than 5000 deaths. Japan has less than 175,000 cases 2,500 deaths with 1/3 the population of the US. The list goes on and on.
Who is responsible? China? Democrats? or this POS who bragged he could kill anyone and get away with it. YES he is Insane and pure Evil. And if you support this crooked racist you more than likely are one too, fool

First; What is your opinion about putting pineapple on pizza ?
Secondly; do you use Deliveroo or do you employ your own delivery drivers/riders ? What do you think are the pros and cons on each delivery service option
and finally do Papa Johns really have better ingredients than everyone else or is it all but marketing BS ?
