Do Republicans alway pick there delegates before asking them if they even want the position? Or do they select them without asking after the election when they clearly have lost the it?

Defamation lawsuits are usually hard to win against media companies because truth is the strongest defense.  However court cases reveal mostly right wing media companies are losing lawsuits for spreading misinformation.  For examples, Fox news, One America, Info wars, Gateway pundit and others.

And today the Supreme Court has made a positive statement on this issue.
