hush money case should not be tossed out because
of the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity,
Judge Juan Merchan ruled Monday.

Presidential immunity shouldn't apply to unofficial conduct such as business records fraud that occurred before Trump became president.  Now sentencing and other cases are delayed until later.

Merchan wrote the Supreme Court’s ruling that Trump should receive broad immunity for official acts during his time in office did not mean the conviction should be dismissed, ruling that the evidence presented by the Manhattan district attorney’s office was not related to Trump’s official conduct as president.

i read where they may delay sentencing indefinitely  and might wait to 2029   assuming the fascist has not illegally seized control of our government

He's a criminal and there's the felony conviction to prove it

Federal appeals court upheld jury's verdict finding Trump sexually abused Carroll and denies his request for a new trial because of the strength of her case.  Wasting court time, Trump has a habit of seeking endless appeals despite unlikely chance of succeeding.
