Every time Trump is quoted here on his exact words a few (UNI, MUGG) say "well that's not what he meant".  This time, they had nothing to say because they had no way to spin it

For one, I don't think anyone here on the right "spins" Trump's words. I think left leaning media spins everything he says or does, and some posters here are ledt to clarify what was actually meant/intended. An example of this is how I heard all weekend about Trump simulating jerking off/performing fellatio on a microphone/stand. There were videos of it everywhere. Major news outlets covered it. It was quite hilarious. So funny that after seeing ut several times, I had to see it again. I google it and get the entire clip rather than the cut up chunk circulating. In it, Trumps complains about his microphone. Then he complains about the gooseneck lectern mic stand being too short. He moves it around as if to adjust the height. Then he bends down towards it as if trying to speak into a microphone that is too short for him. The left: "Oh my gawd, he's lost it! He's blowing microphones!!"

Now as far as your post. There wasn't anything there to "spin". He makes a comment about there being a bullet-proof barrier to his front but not his side.  Then he makes some corny joke about there being nothing to his side but the fake media. In this case, without watching the clip and sering multiple angles, I can make one of two inferences. 1) He's rambling and just make a bad joke that doesn't make contexual sense. Quite possible. He's old and he rambles, and sometimes doesn't make sense. Or it could be 2) the press core was off to his side. Snd he quite literally meant nothing to his side but the fake news media. We'll never know for sure because that same fake new media would have you believe he's sucking off microphones when they know darn well that he isn't. Blatantly lying for clicks like, well, a fake news media.

Either way, there's nothing to "spin"  Hence the lack of a response.

Knows how to count money, that's for sure. Honestly, she needs to retire. I know many, many voters in her district and whenever I ask who keeps voting for her, everyone looks at me as confused. As if to say they don't know either. They all are though. I just know it.

Will be an interesting race though. Few hotly contested seats out near me that have been granted tons of national funding, so the amount of commercials on both sides have been insane.

 Just saw a clip where that a.m. Joe guy said "Trump is threatening to put Liz Cheney to a firing squad...."

 Some of the lib media is astoundingly stupid, like they don't think that anyone has viewed what was actually said 2-3 days after it happened......of course if people watched nothing but lib media they may not know any better.

That Joe guy was a republican elected to the House of Representatives! I guess you didn’t know that

 Low bar for Trump from you as usual. His mental decline is steadily getting worse and when a public speaker specifically someone running for the POTUS says atrocious ridiculous things then have to own their lack of mental capacity...you TNC guys hammered Biden for his mental decline, Trump is in the same situation. The problem is nobody in his lap dog camp will stand up to him and make him quit saying abhorrent stupid things. His "intention" does not matter when the delivery is so horrible and insulting. If he wants to say we should not be involved in foreign wars and situations then SAY IT...there is no need to take every opportunity to stomp on someone the way he does. Get some class Trump and try elevating those around you and especially those who you might disagree with.

Quit making excuses for his drunk uncle event of the day Mugg...he needs to be held responsible for his stupidity.

 I don't think it reaches that, but it's classic "misinformation". Biden called Trumps supporters "garbage", plain & simple. The lib media purposely cut a clip from a Trump comment to make it sound like something it wasn't, hoping their lemmings would soak it up.....& it looks like many have.

In California the ran an ad. They showed PRESIDENT Trump (you sheep on the left getting used to that yet?) at a rally, addressing a few donors in the front row, commenting on how wealthy they are. He then went on to other topics. Later in his speech he was was addressing the issue of the pain the country was feeling due to the high cost of living caused by the failed policies known as bidenomics, and he said, "I'm going to get you tax cuts." They cut out the middle of his speech and spliced the tax cuts promise at the tail end of his comment about the wealthy donors, making it appear that he said. "They're so wealthy, they got a lot of money. And I'm going to get you tax cuts."

And the "Oh yeah! Well, your guy lies worse!" argument doesn't quite make the point the left thinks it does. (Not to mention he's not "my guy" - I didn't vote for him. You don't have to be a conservative to laugh at the left, they make it easy because they're just so mock-able.)

 I heard about the tax cuts for the wealthy. Him blowing/jerking his microphone was it for me. I saw that clip a million times and had said to my wife, "Well, he is old. He's getting a little wacky." Then I actually searched the clip online to see it one more time because it was so funny and I found the actual clip.
