I am independent personally see trump as a traitor to the oath of office. Does not mean I can't find common ground with people who do.
In 2016 I campaigned for Trump.
After 2018 I realized this was a poor decision.
So I campaigned for Biden... As I was in a anyone but killery. That broad killed more witnesses and tampered with many investigation.
But as for this appoligize for being American policies duethuring a race war and the thousands of other deals that democrats have put together under queen Nancy rule.

I just checked out a picture of the 10 finalists. There wasn't much to beat.
Before July 4th, the boss & I went to Hamburger Mary's because they've got a great burger. I'm telling you the waitresses were dudes but your couldn't tell unless you looked very closely.
Forgot to say, Mary's is LGBTQ friendly. We saw a little of the show which involved singers in drag & impersonators. It was better than I expected.

Washinton state Dems propose bill to classify ammo as a privilege {the Left can not help itself using the word privilege) in order to tax it. A 'use' tax is levied upon every person living in this state for the privilege (there's that word again) of using ammunition as a consumer at the rate of 11% of the selling price! Has anybody in here put their gas stove under lock in key? Next up is the theft of your toaster, fridge, dishwasher and freezer! You can not make this up on your best day!

Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring," the FAA’s website states. "They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism."
It's only a matter of time until someone dies as a result of these "woke" policies... Boeing, the FAA, airline pilots, etc. Yeah, let's push through this garbage on life-impacting professions.
Qualified candidates w experience and a brain are being shunned over candidates that met the lefty agenda .. mediocrity coming to a profession near you,... and it cost someone's life !

That is true it seems like...and it was evident from the start that this was his agenda...diversity over quality....with the rugrats that are already elected into office we need to worry about quality not balancing the color, ethnicity, gender or whatever agenda is at play...he did it with Kamala and how did that work out for him...
When you have to set a policy about equality I think you've already lost....that, in it of itself, defeats the purpose of equality when you have to force it upon others....educating and teaching about it to get the change would prove far more effective....you should never have to substitute quality or equality ever....it's called choice and if you are going to claim we are free then you need to also be free to diversify how you please...
California tried to implement a law mandating diversification of Corporate Boards of Directors....it was Newsome who enacted this several years ago...you had to have female and an underrepresented community directors on your board...it was challenged in both federal and state court and found to be unconstitutional...it violated the Equal Protection Clause...completely ridiculous for a free country to tell you that you need to meet a certain quota to be in compliance...people care so much about the inequality that they don't care how it affects the quality...that's not free at all....

You know the answer to your message and the reason why. Why in the history of this country has there been a need to be inclusive of every non-majority group or segment?
Why did we need to give rights to women or minorities, why is there always a need to try and be inclusive and considerate to non-majority groups?
The reason for all of your complaints is all about the way this country and most all groups of people abuse others, it goes back to the original days of the existence of mankind. So you might not like the focus on inclusion and maybe you think it goes too far being so hyper sensitive to groups that you might not agree with but what is more offensive that this country was founded on concepts and principals of exclusion and white male dominance or that we as a society are now catering more to the fringe groups?
I dont like extremes in any direction but I also do not shun or ridicule the perspective that being inclusive is a good thing because the concept of total inclusion and acceptance is the sign of an advanced, higher level society. So maybe we should be finding ways to better accomplish inclusion and not have it be accomplished by throwing it in the face of groups who are not of that group instead of breaking down the concept and minimizing it.

They are throwing it in our face by forcing businesses, and now the White House, to comply with something that might not yield the best candidate or representative...makes zero sense

The pendulum swings this way and that way, I am not all that upset that the teeny tiny segment is having the spotlight right now, it does not impact you unless you let it. What bugs me is the way STATES are taking away the rights of parental control for minors with regards to gender hormones and surgeries. I think the right of the legal guardian is greater than the right of a minor wishes with regards to gender changing. If a minor wants to change they need to wait until they are of adult legal age if the guardian/parent does not approve.
The reason I say that is because I think the risk and harm of these decisions lasts a lifetime and need to be made by a mature ADULT, not a minor child. If a legal adult wants to go that route no problem, if the guardian/parent and the minor has gone through discussion/therapy and decides to go forward then that is the right of the family but having minors taking legal rights from the parents in this regard is reckless and very dangerous.
