House Dems will investigate deadly trump-incited Capitol insurrection

CNN)House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Thursday she will create
a select committee to investigate the January 6 attack on the Capitol
after Republicans blocked the formation of an independent commission.

The select committee will corral the various House Democratic investigations
into the events surrounding the deadly insurrection into a single effort to
examine what led to pro-Donald Trump supporters breaching the Capitol
disrupting the certification of Joe Biden's legitimate election win.

Pelosi said that it had been four weeks since Senate Republicans
blocked the creation of a bipartisan commission, and it did not appear they
would change their minds, so she is moving forward with a select committee.

House leader, Nancy Pelosi, asked lifetime REPUBLICAN, Liz Cheney, to join the investigation panel and Cheney accepted.

It does look like the leader of the Proud Boys was an FBI plant who was one of the main leaders of the breach on the Capital.  It's interesting that he has not been detained and questioned yet.  I smell a rat and only time will tell that the true insurrection was hatched inside our own government just to make the thousands of true patriots look bad.  I for one have really lost faith in the corruption that was and is taking place in the Biden administration.

Can someone tell me what a democratic lead investigation is going to come up with more than an FBI investigation. What does Congress know about investigating anything and why did they have the FBI investigate to begin with? Put Adam Shithead in charge, he'll come up with something relevant like the proof he had of Russian interference. Wait, we never did get that info! Aren't the Jan 6th rioters still being incarcerated? So someone enlighten me!
