He has to be one of our most ignorant, misinformed, narcissistic blowhards to represent our country. Pick almost any subject & he has been wrong. The Paris Accord, our allies, taxes, crime, voter fraud, jobs, the military etc etc.
We had two very flawed candidates but as bad as Clinton was, this guy is a total embarrassment. He's not very intelligent & is vocabulary is at a marginal high school level. Very, very, many many, bad bad are just a few of his common phrases of exaggeration.
We are all interested in taxes & where they are headed. Here are two comment he made on May 28th & June 1st regarding his tax plan.
May 28th
"The massive TAX CUTS/REFORM that I have submitted is moving along in the process very well, actually ahead of schedule. Big benefits to all!"
Trump hasn’t “submitted” anything on tax cuts or tax reform; his administration and Congress are trying to figure out a plan. It is not ahead of schedule: Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin acknowledged in April that they would not meet their original goal of passing a package in August. “It is fair to say it is probably delayed a bit because of the healthcare,” Mnuchin said.
June 1st
“Our tax bill is moving along in Congress, and I believe it’s doing very well.”
In fact: There is no tax bill at all. While Trump is seeking tax reform, no legislation has been written yet.
We have come to expect our politicians to BS us but this guy is insultingly so blatant that you just have to shake your head.
We have a leadership void in our country & I can't think of one person on either side of the aisle that can pick up the baton & lead. We are in very dangerous times.

He's not "wrong" in the sense that he solely wants to keep his base and kleptocracy strong. His propaganda efforts are strong. An text from trump to his text subscribers yesterday afternoon stated that the Dems are gutting the State department and compromising our national security. This is pure propaganda and projection.

You may have not have seen my comments in another thread where I said we had two flawed candidates. I am an Independent & asked where you get your news because I really want to know. My bad for being snarly with you.
Having said that, Trump is an absolute embarrassment. I don't blame the media for reporting what they see or hear. Sure their views can be slanted but that is where we use our intelligence to decide what is right or wrong.
I rarely come into this forum but it's hard to stand on the sidelines when we are no longer leaders of the free world.

Barack Obama abdicated the title of “Leader of the Free World "when he and his administration adopted the Obama doctrine of “leading from behind”............

So the Pew Research Center in Washington DC,. a non-partisan fact based think tank, had this to say on June 26.
"According to a new Pew Research Center survey spanning 37 nations, a median of just 22% has confidence in Trump to do the right thing when it comes to international affairs. This stands in contrast to the final years of Barack Obama’s presidency, when a median of 64% expressed confidence in Trump’s predecessor to direct America’s role in the world. The sharp decline in how much global publics trust the U.S. president on the world stage is especially pronounced among some of America’s closest allies in Europe and Asia, as well as neighboring Mexico and Canada. Across the 37 nations polled, Trump gets higher marks than Obama in only two countries: Russia and Israel."
Is this survey media BS as well?

Don't let the righties on here get to you. They believe in "alternate" facts and are very misinformed. Most will copy and paste sections of articles to suit their needs and "context" is a foreign word to them. Take most of them with a grain of salt.
