Judge Finds Trump Poses ‘Grave Threat’ To Judicial Process
HUFFPOST -
“The defense’s position that no limits may be placed on defendant’s speech because he is engaged in a political campaign is untenable,” wrote Judge Chutkan.
“The bottom line is that equal justice under law requires the equal treatment of criminal defendants; defendant’s presidential candidacy cannot excuse statements that would otherwise intolerably jeopardize these proceedings.”
Hours after Chutkan’s gag order, Trump filed a notice of an appeal.

Hmmmmm. I seem to recall that ARCHER was proudlyhailed by the republican CHAOS party as the "bonafide star witness who would DEFINITELY support THEIR conspiracy theories of alleged Joe Biden malfeasance"
What ever became of that?

That’s nothing . When most of the posters in the political forum get inside the same thread and write down their biased opinions it makes that trick where a crazy number of clowns come out of that little car look like as simple as the detaching thumb trick that you’re Uncle Al would perform for you as a kid at family functions only this time you see it with adult eyes and also now Uncle Al uses an oxygen machine .
BACK PATTING and KISSING threads are like passing HAM SANDWICHES around over and over-wall

Judge in one of Trump's fraud trials expands his gag order, revealing that the court's been 'inundated' with threats
YAHOO NEWS -
"The threat of, and actual, violence resulting from heated political rhetoric is well documented," Engoron wrote. "Since the commencement of this bench trial, my chambers have been inundated with hundreds of harassing and threatening phone calls, voicemails, emails, letters, and packages."
"The First Amendment right of defendants and their attorneys to comment on my staff is far and away outweighed by the need to protect them from threats and physical harm," he continued.

High-stakes testimony: Donald Trump is testifying under oath in the New York civil fraud trial against him and is being pressed on the financial documents at the heart of the case. Trump has sparred with the judge repeatedly so far, as the judge has told the former president to answer the questions related to the case — and not give speeches. The judge warned Trump's attorney to control his client or he will be removed from the stand. There are no cameras in court
The lawsuit:
The $250 million lawsuit brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James alleges that Trump and his co-defendants committed repeated fraud in inflating assets on financial statements to get better terms on commercial real estate loans and insurance policies. The judge already ruled the former president is liable for fraud and he's considering how much the Trumps will have to pay in damages.

Why it matters:
The case is civil, not criminal, but threatens Trump's business in New York. James is seeking to bar Trump from doing business in the state and to dissolve his companies.
Trump’s testimony Monday will also serve as a precursor to the four criminal trials he faces next year as he campaigns to regain the presidency.

CNN is visibly shaken at how well Donald Trump is polling with minorities as Biden's approval rating continues to plummet. The hosts were specifically shocked at how well Trump was polling with black voters, saying the numbers were "startling." "Twenty-two percent of black voters behind Trump? That is not seen in the modern era for a Republican frontrunner, right?" “It’s startling. I looked at the Democratic response, Kevin Munoz, the spokesman for Biden, and this idea that, you know, we have a year. We can turn things around."
The news comes as a New York Times poll shows Trump demolishing Biden in a 2024 matchup.

Don't think the current polls mean too much. Let's wait and see in 10 months. A poll a year out with uncertainty on how economy will look in a year or the status and results of Trump's legal battles in the courts is pretty much meaningless. This is not a normal polling year considering the circumstances.

Rachel Maddow points to poll numbers being ignored amid Biden 2024 freakout from a recent poll
Matthew Chapman, RAW STORY -
MSNBC's Rachel Maddow highlighted some significant poll results being ignored by many that spell big warning signs for Republicans, on her Monday night show.
The poll suggests trump is leading biden in 5 of 6 key swing states, one full year before the election.
HOWEVER... ...the same poll also indicates that respondents stated overwhelmingly that they would flip to Biden in all SIX of the 6 key swing states if trump is convicted on any one of the multiple 2024 criminal trials he faces!

House abruptly heads home early after far-right MAGAs retaliate over their new speaker's actions

The quick departure came just one day after passing a short-term measure to avert a government shutdown.

Trump Team Responds to Hitler Accusations by Proving Accusers Right!
Tori Otten -
Donald Trump’s team defended his authoritarian comments over the weekend by doubling down on dictatorial language, a frightening preview of what could happen if Trump wins the presidency.
During a Veterans Day speech, Trump called his political opponents and critics “vermin” and accused them of being a bigger threat to the U.S. than countries such as Russia, China, and North Korea.
Historians and researchers were quick to warn that Trump's language was reminiscent of authoritarian leaders including Hitler and Mussolini.
