That is not only their side, the other side does it just the same and it would be good if you also climbed down off the insult ledge and cool off getting angry at them and using slurs and insults like MAGA, that is the same issue just in a slightly different way.
My issue is personal attacks and crossing the line with regards to the site rules. We do not tolerate offensive personal attacks and insults even if the other member is annoying.
I think both sides need to cool it with the attacks and thread bumpings and jockeying for thread position etc. Politics at best is a hornets nest and if people on all sides cannot handle different opinions and political positions then its probably better to not post in here versus taking it personally and attacking as we see daily in here.

I am not interested in your side comments on this or really anything like it. I do not recall you were a posting member at the time of the events I am discussing and that he is fully aware of. The issue with the MAGA term is that few if any here in this forum are MAGA so you are saying the term and others say the term and it is not said in a way that is anything but insulting towards members here and it is inaccurate.
I can think of one member who fits the term but even that member is not a Trump only GOP voter and that is the MAGA group, the rest here are GOP supporters but are not Trump disciples and probably only defend him because members here are so aggressive against him and they are defending the GOP not really him.
The GOP is really no longer currently with Trump in charge, it is as I keep saying the Trump-NC not the RNC, so those who are in support of the underlying principals of the party are forced to also accept Trump but it does not mean they are of the group you taunt them about.
I agree with your politics forum comment, you went away for a while and I bet you were happier for doing so, this area is difficult at best and there are a few members who have a long past with you and who were pretty crappy towards you so that adds to the toxicity you find when posting in here..and you are also chippy against the GOP from the start so you get worked up and go off the deep end when debating political topics.
