The POS spent $3 million upfront to get DeSantis lawyer Chris Kise on his legal team for the Mar-a-Lardo documents case. Now Kise is off the team. Why?
Because he wouldn't lie to the Court? Because the money didn't come through? Because Trump fired him in a huff?
Maybe the POS just realized the guy didn't have any criminal defense experience. Or maybe the POS finally got grifted by the guy!
The POS is scheduled to be deposed tomorrow for the defamation lawsuit filed by E. Jean Carroll, who has accused him of rape. I believe taking the 5th in a civil case infers guilt.
What family emergency will prevent him from attending this time?

The Wall Street Journal scorched ex-President Donald Trump in a flaming editorial Friday for his “dereliction of duty” by failing to take expedient action to quell the violence that threatened the U.S. government early last year.
The House Jan. 6 committee clearly demonstrated in a hearing Thursday the “facts surrounding Mr. Trump’s recklessness” after the 2020 presidential election, stated the newspaper’s editorial board.
An angry loser, Trump continued to spur on and rile up his supporters with furious, but spurious, complaints about a rigged election, leading a crowd to riot at the U.S. Capitol in January 2021.
He did this even though the “Justice Department and Mr. Trump’s own campaign repeatedly told him that his fraud claims were WITHOUT BASIS. Whether it was willful blindness or an intentional strategy, he kept repeating them,” the Journal noted.
The POS LOSES his motion to have NY AG fraud case assigned to different judge.
The current judge, Judge Engoron, oversaw discovery as Trump stonewalled and refused to testify. Engoron has seen all of Trump’s bullshit and has exhausted his patience for it.
He's not as exhausted as the rest of us!
That's a shame. A more crime-friendly judge would've likely been much more favorable to help Trump and the rest of his crime family escape justice.
