• Martin Gugino, 75, was left with a fractured skull and brain injury after an incident with Buffalo Police last week.
• Gugino was pushed by Buffalo Police officers after a protest, causing him to fall and whack his head on the sidewalk in front of Buffalo's City Hall.

Sure, an attorney can get a medical report for his/her client..However, it's been said,that what an attorney says sometimes can be as believable as Baghdad Bob comments ..

President Trump floated the idea of using disinfectants to treat COVID-19 patients. He did not say Americans should ingest chemicals to prevent or treat the virus..so no Medical degree needed..

Can't argue with a die hard Trump base, the fact doesn't exist or matter. What Mr. Donald J Trump suggests or touts medical treatment, such as promoting hydroxychloroquine or disinfectants, is all good without medical degree.

Adolph Hitler had a dedicated base, but a far larger percentage of his country than Trump. Of course, Germany had a lot to be pizzed off about, whereas Trump's base is just pizzed off because they are not spoiled enough. There are limits to how long that will play in a radically different society.

Legit question, Mr. Gugino's attorney confirms that he has a fractured skull. And also he is unable to walk. Can't believe someone fakes a fractured skull.  

What proof do we have ,,that Gugino actually had a fractured skull ?

Stranger things have happened....and lawyers have been known to deliberately give false statements in favor of their clients...

Believe it or not, this thing will settle in facts. I have no intention to convince you, my guess is this case will go to court. Stay tuned.
