The vaccines - which barely 50% say they will accept - apparently are very UNLIKELY to be be available upon nationwide distribution until early next spring under the new Biden administration, but possibly during the NFL playoffs for small select groups. The FDA - despite trump's claims to the contrary - are flatly resisting approving use until safety data on any vaccine is monitored for at least two months after Phase 3 clinical trials are completed.
That pushes availability into November/December at the earliest - and even then on a a very small scale basis.

First, he wants to cut funding to the United nations which would put 140,000 people at risk of not receiving food aid. Cuts to World health organization could reduce medical aid. Secondly, accord between Serbia and Kosovo doesn't actually do anything. Non-deal with North Korea is a sham. Third, deals with Israel, Bahrain and United arab emirates just formalize relationships that already exists.
Fourth, his abandoning of Iran nuclear deal undermines the most significant peace achievement in the last decade. Fifth, withdrawal from nuclear weapons treaty with Russia risks escalating arms race. Sixth, pullout of US troops to other countries leave allies to fend for themselves. Seventh, his America first nationalism threatens peace because multilateral cooperation is necessary to combat global problems. Eighth, Trump supports Saudi arabia led war in Yemen resulting in hunger and illness for millions of people.
