Obviously you have no idea and did not watch / follow any of the trial The rifle was stored at a friends house in Wisconsin. He did not cross state lines with a rifle. If he had, then the gun charge would not have been dropped. Everything else you stated DOES NOT MATTER as this trial was based on FACTS and a jury of peers, 12 of them, decided that he acted in SELF DEFENSE. One of the people he shot was ARMED with a Glock. One of the people he killed (yes killed in self defense, not murdered) was a CONVICTED CHILD RAPIST. No tears lost for that one....
Sorry, forgot to make sure you are aware that the child rapist was also a RACIST...

That's the truly scary part.
yep but not much america can do now the verdict is the verdict and the precedent is now the precedent
Still, as bad as that decision was, the good news is that not all states are governed by the law in exactly the same way as Wisconsin.
i suppose that is one way to look at an otherwise bad ruling but as i said i accept the decision too bcuz i believe in our democratic system
but i dont like the message this sends
two more cases on trial this week ::
arbery murder by white nationalists and the charlottesville while nationalist civil case
Agreed. Bad message to Americans.
But that's the law in WI and we have to go along with it if we believe in democracy.
Much like accepting the result of elections. Same deal.
i know floridas chump brown nosers have put a new anti-protesting law in place and i supposse they can shoot unarmed blacks down there now if they protest immoral police shootings then use the wisconsin law to defend themselves
but unclear if all states will adopt the same measures like wisconsin or just chump luver states

Kelly, if you honestly believe the people that got shot are upstanding citizens trying to do well for society, you should take a real hard look at yourself and reconsider what you think it means to be a good citizen. I feel like you're off your rocker every time I read your posts.

Can't say I'm shocked with the decision but am very sad with the precedent that has now been set.
In future protest settings, we will see similar people with weapons expecting trouble to take place. In today's world, we have shootings in grocery stores & shopping malls. Does this now mean I can carry a weapon unconcealed when I go Christmas shopping?

That was not a site of a protest. Please call it what it was, a riot and destruction. People support protests which is why there's usually no trouble in a "protest" setting. There is trouble from every side in "riot" settings.
People don't burn cars and businesses and buildings during a protest. People do burn shit in a riot.
Stop acting like MSM in twisting words. Thanks,

Don't chase people that are running from you if they didn't touch you, don't attack someone with an AR that hasn't attacked you. Not much of a precedent set unless you're a complete moron and need to be told that shit. But I guess we gotta make rules for the dumbest of them all.

I don't spread MSM bullshit in here. I have my own brand of bullshit. With the interactions we've had in here, you should know that by now. I own what I share in here.
Peaceful riots have a tendency to turn violent when opposing forces interact.
Now turn on the Clemson/St. Bonaventure game on ESPN2, relax & watch the Bonnies get the upset.

Completely agree. Not surprised at the result at all, but was wishful I would be wrong.
This is a dangerous precedent. Soon we will see 12 year olds toting assault rifles on playgrounds in Wisconsin because they aren't short barreled. Will also set up situations in which active shooters start claiming self defense if anyone tries to stop them. Prosecution botched this case within first week though, tried to recover late, but it was already too late. Judge Rittenhouse didn't help either.

Hopefully we don't see peaceful protests get turned upside down. That's not how you make change in this country. I hope all protests stay peaceful and the mass gets their voices heard without any violence. Violence doesn't solve anything. IMO I don't think this ruling is going to bring out ARs to future protests. Now if they turn for the worst, then it might get wild. Lets just hope moving forward people keep it civil.
Hope you got the hook keep pickin winners!

Why is MSM making this about race already? I turn on a certain web page and all the reactions are about race. What is their motive in doing so? Why was MSNBC trying to expose the jury? What was their motive?

the teen brandishing a military assault weapon ,who travelled from out of county to deliberately confront UNARMED people in kenosha protesting the immoral shooting of an UNARMED black man in the back by police , and knowingly immersing himself into a dangerous confrontation that he could easily have avoided altogether or walked away from at any point , then shooting 3 people and killing two it is now ok for people to travel all across america with military assault weapons and place themselves in dangerous confrontations with people protesting crimes against black people -- and if u fee threatened in any way , it is ok to shoot and kill those protestors . precedent has now been set into law
you are pissed because the system worked in favor of a white, male 2nd amendment supporter.

you are pissed because the system worked in favor of a white, male 2nd amendment supporter.
Completely agree. Not surprised at the result at all, but was wishful I would be wrong.
This is a dangerous precedent. Soon we will see 12 year olds toting assault rifles on playgrounds in Wisconsin because they aren't short barreled. Will also set up situations in which active shooters start claiming self defense if anyone tries to stop them. Prosecution botched this case within first week though, tried to recover late, but it was already too late.
Judge Rittenhouse didn't help either.
we have to accept the jury decision bcuz this is the way our democracy works
president biden wants us to peacefully accept any jury decision in america but it doesnt mean we have to agree it is just
but jury decisions arent always correct as many falsely imprisoned people could tell us
u r correct the prosecution failed
they failed in the o j trial too

I don't spread MSM bullshit in here. I have my own brand of bullshit. With the interactions we've had in here, you should know that by now. I own what I share in here.
Peaceful riots have a tendency to turn violent when opposing forces interact.
