Ever since the Rittenhouse trial started to establish facts wildly at odds with what Democrats and their media allies spent 18 months telling the public to believe, they decided to depict the judge as a fascist cheater and racist to prepare people.

If you believe David Axelrod has an in-depth knowledge of Wisconsin law and he's dispassionately criticizing the judge's ruling based on that expertise — rather than just feeding liberals a way to hate the judge — I don't think you're in the world of minimal rationality.

 Well your argument seems to be that he may not have many ties to the city so he didn't belong in the first place. Same can likely be said about people destroying the city. But when the left pushes for more destruction during the summer months, this was likely to happen at some point.

While the rioters didn't shoot anyone, destroying a business that may not receive support from insurance is essentially the same as killing someone, it just takes longer and more time. How can someone recover from losing their business that gets completely destroyed and they lose everything in that process? Most people who operate their own business dump every last dollar of savings into that business to keep it running. Then add in the forced shut down and they struggled even more for the year plus leading up to that night. Insurance will find a way out of "riots" to not compensate. So having a business taken away is like taking someones life. This happened all over the country for months.

Just no, nice justification though. If this were the case those rioters would be on trial for homicide as well. 

Not a good comparison at all. Someone who loses their business has a chance to recover and is still living. Someone who is killed has no chance at coming back.

The people destroying property broke the law. Rittenhouse didn’t break the law. 

This is a legal matter that will / is going to be played out by the rule of law..... NOT public opinion.  Did Rittenhouse break the law?  He is being tried for MURDER.  There is a difference between being a convicted murderer and a killer by way of self defense.  A jury of our peers will decide this... 

This is also true … and should be looked at.
