Many depend on these refund checks & the outrage is going to grow exponentially IMO. Instead of getting a refund, some will have to open their checkbooks.

Folks who "depend" on tax refunds in essence volunteered to "loan" the government money instead of investing that money throughout the year themselves.
Many never learned how to manage their money properly from school or their extended families. I wonder if companies encouraged employees to file a new W-4 when the tax changes were announced. People just don't realize these W-4 revisions should be made if you get married/divorced, have a baby, work a 2nd job or are unemployed during the year.
