The real question is what necessitated him taking a cognitive test?
Simple cognitive test for dementia that young children can pass is nothing worth bragging about. Trump's campaign to paint Biden as mentally unfit is a gamble. Monmouth poll reveals 52% of voters believe Biden has the mental and physical stamina to be president versus 45% for Trump. Besides, Biden is just a few years older than Trump. He is sure to surround himself with a stronger team instead of the corrupt and incompetent circus of Trump.
Excellent points!

Former Trump bodyguard. Keith Schiller, has been paid 225k to manage the campaign security for the convention. Yet, Ducal Country Sheriff Mike Williams has found himself performing most of the groundwork.
Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood told Politico that “Trump’s security detail already makes such big demands of local law enforcement that it makes it difficult to supply security for him.” He explained that he saw what that was like firsthand when Trump visited Daytona Beach recently.
One of the biggest concerns for municipalities has been that Trump’s campaign has refused to pay for additional security costs since the 2016 campaign.
In Oct. 2019, Albuquerque sent a $211,175.94 invoice to the president's campaign for the security and barricades needed for a rally he did in the city. The campaign has not paid the bill. There isn’t much hope, however, as Trump’s campaign has also ignored bills from Lebanon, Ohio, Mesa, Arizona and Erie, Pennsylvania, to name a few.
The Center for Public Integrity reported last year that Green Bay and Eau Claire, Wisconsin; Tucson, Arizona; Burlington, Vermont and Spokane, Washington — were also stiffed by Trump, but that was from before he was elected to the presidency and during the 2016 campaign.
Jacksonville shouldn't do anything until Deadbeat Donnie pays upfront.

This so-called billionaire Deadbeat Donnie seems to have a life history of not paying bills for services rendered. You would think a billionaire with unlimited access to funds and success would have no problem paying his invoices.

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson: “These kids have got to get back to school.... And if they do get COVID-19, which they will — and they will when they go to school — they’re not going to the hospitals.... They’re going to go home and they’re going to get over it.”
In other words, he doesn't give a shit about you or your kids.

Yup, a person with a brain and sympathy will not say kids get Covid-19 from school will not go to hospitals and will get over with it at home. Kids could very well get sicked and spread the virus to the family, probably to their parents and grandparents.

Woody Johnson, owner of the NY Jets, was a big donor to Trump's campaign & was rewarded with being named Ambassador to the UK.
So what does Donnie the grifter do? He asked Johnson to see of the British government would steer the British Open to his Turnberry golf course in Scotland.
This smells pretty Swampy to me.

Woody Johnson is very wealthy. Woody Johnson didn't have to succumb to Trump's pressure. Woody Johnson is a weak man who has lost all credibility in the diplomatic world.
Woody Johnson is gutless & a complicit coward in the malfeasance of the POS in the WH.

I know Liz Cheney as a principled leader who puts her country first. In the coming months, we are going to need lots of leaders to step up, speak their minds, & stand for their beliefs....so says John Bolton
This guy had a chance to make a huge difference in the history of our country but he chose cowardice instead of his country.

Florida Republican Senator Rick Scott wants schools open, but said on Fox Business Network today that his grandchildren won't be attending. They will be distance learning. Just like in war, they want other young men and women to do the heavy lifting & not their kids.
Every elected official who supports opening schools should be asked this same question as Scott.
"We'll put your kids in danger and when it's safe we will send our kids back."

Twitter announced Tuesday that it has begun taking sweeping actions to limit the reach of QAnon content, banning many of the conspiracy theory's followers because of problems with harassment and misinformation.
The spokesperson said that as part of its new policy, the company had taken down more than 7,000 QAnon accounts in the last few weeks for breaking its rules on targeted harassment.
The sweeping enforcement action will ban QAnon-related terms from appearing in trending topics and the platform's search feature, ban known QAnon-related URLs and prohibit "swarming" of people who are baselessly targeted by coordinated harassment campaigns pushed by QAnon followers.
Finally.
It was discovered in 2016 by our intel agencies MANY RUSSIAN-based ACCOUNTS were doing something similar, and ALL were directed toward causing division and/or against Clinton campaign.

Yes. Agreed!
Problem is, the scurillous REPUBLICAN politicians will likely bribe their doctors to fill out a form saying their kids have "bone spurs" and therefore can't attend in person.

Giants manager says 'nothing more patriotic than peaceful protests' after Trump criticizes team for kneeling during national anthem
July 22, 2020 San Francisco Giants manager Gabe Kapler responded Tuesday to criticism from President Donald Trump after he and members of the team took a knee during the national anthem before a game this week. "My response is I don't see it as disrespect at all,'' Kapler said. "I see nothing more American than standing up for what you believe in. I see nothing more patriotic than peaceful protests when things are frustrating and upsetting," Kapler said. Kapler knelt alongside multiple Giants players during the anthem in Monday's game against the Oakland Athletics. "I told them that I wanted to use my platform to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with the way we've handled racism in our country. I wanted to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with our clear, systemic racism in our country, and I wanted them to know that they got to make their own decisions and we would respect and support those decisions."

“Thirty million workers won’t be able to pay rent on August 1st and McConnell is laughing.”
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell laughed Tuesday when asked whether he expects Congress to pass coronavirus relief legislation by the end of next week, when enhanced unemployment benefits are set to expire for around 30 million Americans who were thrown out of work by the pandemic-induced economic crisis.
The $600-per-week increase in unemployment benefits provided under the CARES Act have served as both a lifeline for tens of millions of laid-off Americans and a significant cushion for the U.S. economy.
For weeks, economists and lawmakers have warned that letting the benefits lapse, even for a short period of time, could have devastating effects on those close to the brink of financial ruin. According to Census Bureau data, more than 13 million Americans who live in rental housing were behind on rent payments as of July 7.
The House passed it's bill back in May and it has sat on Moscow Mitch's desk since then.
In November, just remember......he laughed!

Typical of the self-proclaimed "Grim Reaper"
Meanwhile trump is threatening to withhold military pay unless there is a provision to protect the confederate statues honoring traitors who fought AGAINST the USA to keep their claims to slavery, killing hundreds of thousands of Americans in the process.

Along with a little over 135 House bills, as I recall.
The Grim Reaper is refusing to bring them up for debate and vote for one main reason -- they are mostly Democrat sponsored, and therefore likely popular to the American people - which means the DEMS will get credit for it....THAT is the way many republicans think...just like Mitch

In Denmark (which does not have a corona outbreak) Pompeo went to shake hands w/ the Danish Foreign Minister, who didn't offer his hand back. Pompeo extended his hand to the Faroese FM who also would not shake hands. Pompeo then elbow bumped with the Greenlandic FM.
EU leaders try to lead by example & are not science deniers.

Ahh, maybe THAT's why trump *REFUSED* to shake the hand Pelosi politely extended at the state of the union address....due to setting a good example for coronavirus mitigation!!
