Lindell, who according to Axios, has a stake in Phoenix Biotechnology -- the firm that makes the product -- is reported to have said at a meeting with Trump “The FDA should be approving it.” Phoenix Biotechnology director, Andrew Whitney, told Axios that the drug has been tested as a coronavirus cure on humans, but results are yet to be published. I am assuming they are bogus just like his drug claims since he was sued and settled for $1 million for false advertising in the state of California. He said his pillows "cured" migraines, so he tends to throw that term cure around a lot with no evidence.

A decade ago, FedEx Ground successfully sued to get the D.C. Circuit to invalidate a Labor Board order requiring it to negotiate with its drivers. The court ruled the drivers were independent contractors, not employees. FedEx's victorious lawyer?
Ted Cruz, man of the people
Snorkel...can you shed some light on the decision and the impact it had on "employees"

Trump called New Zealand's virus cluster 'terrible.'
After President Trump called New Zealand's coronavirus outbreak "terrible," New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said she didn't see any real comparison between New Zealand's current cluster and the tens of thousands of cases that are reported daily in the US.

Believe it or not, Donald Trump says he should get a third term Analysis by Chris Cillizza, CNN Editor-at-large "We are going to win four more years," Trump said at a rally in Oshkosh, Wisconsinon Monday. "And then after that, we'll go for another four years because they spied on my campaign. We should get a redo of four years."
You can't be a more ignorant individual - Join the real world moron - WTF do you do you believe in - UFO's?

As simple as this may seem, the main point of being independent was that fedex was not "setting our hours" which would indeed make us "employees." I actually would have been the number 1 independent contractor if they would have started in Md instead of New Hampshire. My contract number is 37. There are now 27,000 contractors. Anyway, they have over 100 lawyers who have there own building. WHY? Fedex bought out RPS, That is where I started in 1993. I had no problem earning what I worked for - I was never a "Union" guy. I had zero problem with unions and agreed that that were always getting less than fair wages. But, as the years advanced, the tide turned and unions did exactly what was being done to them. Unions turned the tide and took advantage of management (Deservedly so). I know in my heart that Fedex puts the screws to us in so many ways but has us by the balls. However, we do make a comfortable existence and it is a damn if you do and damn if you don't . Basically, we are only independent at their convenience. If you raise the roof, your screwed. It's catch 22 - I have 9 employees who I seriously try to take care of. I cannot make their lives extravagant as I would like to- I try to take care of them (Not to the extent I want to)because of the ignorance of the system. Let me give you an example -If my driver has an at-fault-accident, It may cost my 20 grand- WTF is that? So, basically if I have 3 drivers have at-fault-accidents, I make Fkin nothin for that year. that is fkd up. Now I'm screaming, if we were union , you wouldn't get away with that bullshit. Anyway, i'm rambling , but you get the gist. Fkd either way.

Official U.S. coronavirus death toll is ‘a substantial undercount’ of actual tally,
YALE study finds
The number of confirmed U.S. deaths due to the coronavirus is substantially LOWER
than the true tally, according to a study published Wednesday in JAMA Internal Medicine.
“Our analyses suggest that the official tally of deaths due to Covid-19 represent a substantial undercount of the true burden,” Dan Weinberger, an epidemiologist at Yale School of Public Health and a lead author of the study, told CNBC. Source: https://tinyurl.com/ydz3dcu7

Trump's love letters to Vlady go back to 2007 & he wanted to make sure Vlady knew he was a fanboy. He sounds like a clingy little bitch. Wait until the Kim love letters are released...
Dear Kim,
You know I love Vlady, But you, I love you even more. My emojis for Vlad are roses, My emojis for you are hearts, How are the nuclear tests going? Write me if you need bomb parts.

I remember Roadway Express because my wife's aunt had their stock in the family for years & my wife ended up inheriting the FedEx stock.
CEO Smith was heralded as the next "Jack Welch" & that fits because they are both pricks but yet they were loved by stockholders.
I've read that Smith is a logistics genius and from a pure service point of view, it's great for the customers who are given the ability to track their package from the warehouse to the front door.
You can probably name the top 10 companies that really take care of their employees. But it seems the bigger the company becomes, employees are no longer considered their #1 asset & that really sucks.
Be safe out there brother.

Be nice Deezy...it's not fair to take shots at these guys in this forum when they can't defend themselves here. They can only respond in the PB which doesn't make for a fluid conversation. I know from experience in there.
