Amid a pandemic, Trump administration is still making bad decisions that could kill Americans.  First, the rollback of auto emissions and fuel efficiency mean dirtier air nationwide, worsening of global warming and more expense for drivers at the pump.  Environment defense fund forecasts 32,000 more premature deaths and 4,000,000 respiratory illnesses by 2050.  Secondly, Trump refuses to reopen obamacare exchanges to allow unemployed Americans to obtain healthcare insurance at a time when public health is important.  Lack of coverage may interfere with people willingness to seek testing and treatment.  According to Annals of internal medicine, thousands of Americans die prematurely each year because they don't have coverage.

To all - Please check your individual states for enrollment into Obamacare. Maryland has till April 15th.

Calling an elderly woman to see if she needs anything, doesn't cost a lot of money. Making BLT's for the people who pick up our garbage, doesn't cost a lot of money. Cooking a cheeseburger and having a Heineken with the pool guy doesn't, cost a lot of money. Making a tray of lasagna for a couple returning home from working a double shift in our local hospital, doesn't cost a lot of money.

Majority of Americans disapprove of Trump administration's response to coronavirus crisis according to ABC/Ipsos poll.  Most Americans feel Trump administration is not doing enough to fight pandemic according to politico poll.  Historically, presidents usually receive a boost in approval rating during a national crisis as Americans rally behind the nation.  However Trump compares poorly against past presidents.  For example, Bush's approval was near 90% after 9/11 attack.
