A few facts that are coming out that need to be pointed out. There was no report of the rape as is law to do so. The doctor who performed it even lied and stated the person who raped her was 17, not 27. If there was no report on the books or reported by police of a 10 year old being raped, why is it bad for people to assume it's not just another hoax made by the left, as they are known to do. This weird thing is the people calling it a hoax were dealing with these things call facts that were out there. It's a new thing to the left. Also the family of the 10 year old, at least the mother, is defending the rapist. What the hell is up with that?

The POS just happened to be Guatemalan. He could have easily been a white Catholic from Mass.
Of course he could not have easily been a white Catholic from Mass. Just by sheer numbers, way more Guatemalans go to the USA illegally than white Catholics from Massachusetts go to the USA illegally.
If the crime were committed by an illegal, he was far more likely to be from Guatemala than Massachusetts.
The guy’s point was if the illegals were not here, they obviously would not be committing crimes. No need to add to the USA crime problem — the USA has enough of their own committing crimes. You know that and you know the issue about it because he is illegal.
So, why say something inane and try to downplay the problem with crime committed by illegals?

Look, I'm not defending illegals. But on the other hand, our illegal problems are not the root of our crime. In fact, illegals are less likely to commit crimes because of their deportation fears.
We have Americans killing, raping, robbing Americans every day of the year! 57% of rapes are committed by white males & most of them are serial rapists.
I'm glad the POS is off the streets of Ohio. I'm done with this pedophile thread. I've said my piece.

Fair enough. I just thought his point was along the lines of the illegals that commit crimes are obviously adding to the problem.

I would certainly reevaluate your assessment of this. It is not true. But even it it were, that does not absolve the illegality issue. Even if it is one jaywalking ticket — it still would not have been committed if the illegal were not there to start with. Too many people try to dismiss this fact by saying well the citizens commit the most crimes — so? Then they try to dismiss it by saying the illegals don’t commit that much crime — so?
These things still do not address the problem. But I get your point — I just cannot agree that it is okay.
We have Americans killing, raping, robbing Americans every day of the year!
Sure, but an entirely different problem. Does not address the illegals problem.

We have been over this before on here. It is clear blacks commit violent crimes at a rate disproportionate to their population numbers. You cannot argue the facts. The reasons why this is so can be debated. But the numbers are what they are. For example:
As of 2020, White Americans are the racial and ethnic majority, with non-Hispanic Whites representing 57.8% of the population. Hispanic and Latino Americans (who may belong to any racial group) are the largest ethnic minority, comprising 18.7% of the population, while Black or African Americans are the largest racial minority, making up 12.1%.[7]
Total murders:7964
By whites:3650 45.8%
By blacks:4078 51.2%
Total rapes:16599
By whites:1158869.8%
By blacks:4427 26.6%
Total robberies:56305
By whites:2514344.6%
By blacks:2967752.7%
The violent crime that obviously stands out is rape and sexual assaults. The other two have very, very similar numbers. The question is why? Blacks underreport rapes and sexual assaults. There are a lot of theories about this. For example:
The statistics are daunting: 22% of Black women and girls will be raped at some point in their lives. For every 15 Black women who are assaulted, just one reports her rape. While there are a number of reasons why any victim of sexual assault do not report their abuse, for Black women and girls, there are unique barriers to both reporting their assault and seeking help.

I say all of that to just say this: be careful isolating just this one statistic to try to prove a point. It is not as clear as it would seem. Sure, the FBI show it to be very, very skewed in 2 of the 3; they show it to be skewed in the 3rd — just not as skewed.
Again, the FBI reported numbers are what they are — you cannot dispute that. But there has always been suspicion on the accuracy of the 3rd one for various reasons. Maybe they are no more clouded than the other two are. But a lot of therapists and other experts do not think so.

The Tragic Story of the Ohio 10-Year-Old Isn't an Isolated Incident in Biden's America
As more information comes to light surrounding the horrific rape of a ten-year-old Ohio girl whose story was amplified by President Biden and the mainstream media until The Columbus Dispatch reported that the suspect who confessed was an illegal immigrant, Immigration and Customs Enforcement reported on how serious the threat of illegal immigrant sex offenders is within the United States.
An operation ICE ran last month, according to an announcement this week, captured 24 sexual predators in less than one week in a handful of California counties.
Deportation officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Los Angeles Field Office arrested two-dozen sexual predators during a five-day operation, which concluded June 17 in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Riverside Counties.
Those arrested had criminal histories or convictions for sexual abuse. Several individuals are registered sexual offenders. Everyone taken into custody is currently being detained pending the completion of removal proceedings, criminal prosecution, or removal from the United States.

According to Thomas Giles who leads the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations in Los Angeles, "The individuals arrested during this successful operation preyed upon the most vulnerable members of our society – our children. While this was a one-week operation, every day, ICE ERO deportation officers fulfill their sworn duty as law enforcement officers while ensuring public safety by arresting and removing these predators from our communities," Giles added.
The number of sexual predators noted as "previously removed" provides just a snapshot of how many criminals are returning across the exceedingly porous U.S.-Mexico border to commit crimes in the United States. There is clearly a lack of deterrent for these criminals and sex offenders who don't fit the Biden administration's often-used claim that illegal immigrants are refugees from tyranny seeking a better life. Instead, these illegal immigrants listed above enter the U.S. without clearance and try to turn American communities into dangerous places.

So, just remember when someone tells you that illegals try to fly under the radar and not commit crimes, for fear of being deported — those people are flat out wrong!
They are not even being deported when they commit crimes — so, why fear deportation. They are already criminals by coming across illegally — so, more crimes (even violent ones) do not matter to them any more than they do to citizens that commit crimes.
