Welp, at least 16 months! But even better is it has been at no more than 4% since Joe replaced the fascist sex offender.  Every month except two for the last 34 has been in the 3.4% to 3.9% range! Outstanding and totally unprecedented positive achievement for the country!  

Do the MAGAtts in congress and across the country give Joe credit for this?  No. Of course not.  They won't even acknowledge it!
