Oh,you are concerned why I would vote against what YOU think are my best interests.I'm gonna try and be about as nice as I can be here.I don't need you to be concerned about what YOU think I should do.
Not just you but the folks in general. The Left in particular are more concerned with the 'legal issues'. The Right also do not like the attitude, etc.
But even if you take these two candidates out of the equation -- the question remains: why the Left consider these policies good, period.
So, not you in particular. But you, because you seem to be one of the very, very few on the Left that seem to try to discuss it. The rest have blinders on.
Yes, the discussion forum is designed in the that type of format.
No need to be nice or not nice. That has nothing to do with discussing the issues to me. I could care less about attitude. I just like discussion with someone that disagrees.

It isn't "that I cannot wait just to vote against trump". c
They "don't just wanna vote against trump",they realize trump is willing to burn this country down to the ground, just so he don't have to face the consequences of the crimes he's committed. That's why Biden got the most votes of any president ever, not because of who Biden is.
Worry about yourself, don't worry about what YOU think I should do,I'll take care of that myself.
Absolutely a lot of people are voting against Trump and cannot wait to do it and did it last time -- you can easily research this.
I am not worried about you. Again, I was only hoping you could discuss it.
But it seems you are not able to support your stances -- you constantly go to Trump and all of the things you do not like about him.
Do you not see anything you like about his policies?
Do you see any other guys on the Right you would like to see run that you could support?

New witness testimony disputes whistleblower's alleged Hunter Biden claims
Washington CNN — New testimony from a number of FBI and Internal Revenue Service officials casts doubt on key claims from an IRS whistleblower who alleges there was political interference in the federal investigation of Hunter Biden’s taxes.
According to transcripts provided to CNN, several FBI and IRS officials brought in for closed-door testimony by House Republicans in recent days said they don’t remember US Attorney David Weiss saying that he lacked the authority to decide whether to bring charges against the president’s son, or that Weiss said he had been denied a request for special counsel status.
Those twin claims, made by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, form the basis of Republican accusations that the Justice Department’s investigation into Biden’s taxes was tainted by political influence and that Weiss and Attorney General Merrick Garland tried to protect Hunter Biden in the investigation.

I think the Biden issues would be more concerning if they prove ‘bribes’ or kickbacks of sorts and political favoring. But the issue is still the same — neither party has anyone in the pipeline and ready to go.
So if somebody is a rapist or even a serial killer, but it wouldn't affect his ability to perform for the country, that does not matter to you?Well this definitely explains our differences on how we choose who to vote for.Trying to overturn our election results doesn't fall into the category of being able to perform FOR THE COUNTRY? I'm sure they will prove it in court, but according to you that really won't matter as long as he can perform for the country (or more importantly just perform for you and your financial interests). You think the Biden issues of the supposed bribes or kickbacks of sorts and political favors, are more concerning then trying to overturn our election results? You are delusional.Would some other government giving the son in law of a ex-president 2 billion dollars, fall into the political favoring you are talking about?

Yessir. I have made that very clear. There are certain things that should matter enough to get another candidate. At this point nothing of this sort is proven.
Absolutely, no one would want to vote for 'a serial killer'. But even things not as drastic as that should matter enough to get interest in other candidates; it hasn't.
Just as incompetence at this level should matter; but it does not -- the folks still support Biden.
The bottom line is still that folks will not sway their ideological beliefs no matter how incorrect they are when examined. So, it is pretty much a copout to use the personal traits as a reason. It is just an excuse to not debate the policies and their effectiveness.
For example, again and again, what Republican would you support if they were a good moral person with few bad personal traits? If that matter so much to folks why are there not better candidates along these lines? Why do more folks not support Pence, for example?

There are numerous threads on here about these issues. I glance through them from time to time. Are you in any of them where you break these topics down and support these statements.
Because generalities and suppositions, putting words in folk's mouths and ideas in their minds, and making false equivalencies are of no use to a discussion if you cannot support them with facts.
Pick any of those issues above that you seem to harp on and research them and see if you are as right as you think about them. Some of the other threads on here have covered these -- I guess in-depth.
But it seems you really do not need to use these reasons to vote against Trump or for Biden -- they are superficial excuses.
There are some folks that feel strongly like you do about Trump and assume that he is guilty of all of these things AND they are on the Right AND they will not vote for Trump. BUT they will NOT vote for Biden because of the policies -- they will stay home.
These folks will not vote FOR a guy just to be united against the Democrats; the converse is absolutely more true.
So, there is nothing wrong with NOT voting for someone because of a moral stance -- nothing at all, that is your right.
BUT you will get the government that you did NOT vote against in that case; and NOT the government you voted for.

I'm hoping a good number of those voters realize the price "we" as a country are paying for their (voting) actions.
In Biden, we have got Inflation, and a seriously weak, incompetent leader(?) that has wars taking hold in the Middle East & Eastern Europe. Again, I'm hoping a good number of those people are realizing this, and adding up that we may have had neither (particularly the wars), if Trump was president. Debatable, but that is my contention...

Mark Meadows received immunity to testify to special counsel in federal election subversion probe
CNN —
Donald Trump’s former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, was granted immunity by special counsel Jack Smith and has met with federal prosecutors multiple times in their investigation into the efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, according to ABC News.
Meadows told investigators he did not believe the election was stolen and that Trump was being “dishonest” in claiming victory shortly after polls closed in 2020, according to ABC.

Maybe they are. The polls are showing some disenchantment with Biden now. But I would contend it will be very hard to overcome things people have reinforced constantly by the media.
I would also it is just not voting actions but also voting inactions.
Yes, it may be debatable. But you have to go by past experience to help form your opinions and future choices.

“It does appear that inflation is coming down while growth remains robust — contrary to what many had predicted,” Lael Brainard, director of the National Economic Council, said Friday morning at an event hosted by the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
The new inflation data comes on the heels of Thursday’s third-quarter gross domestic product report that estimated the US economy expanded at an annual rate of nearly 5%.
That’s more than double the growth rate the economy experienced last quarter.

"Obama saved the economy" Please see "Mr. Ben Bernanke" for your daily history lesson....then, go read the book "Lords of Easy Money" -you're welcome
Look at the graphs I'm talking about that shows where Bush cratered the economy, and Obama raised it back to the previous level and also made it better then the previous levels.

Well determining who you think is a better candidate for president, but not taking into account the 91 charges a candidate is facing.Sounds like someones blinders might be on a little to tight.

Again, I was only hoping you could discuss it. But it seems you are not able to support your stances -- you constantly go to Trump and all of the things you do not like about him. Do you not see anything you like about his policies? Do you see any other guys on the Right you would like to see run that you could support?
"Not able to support my stances",more like tired of going around endlessly in circles with you. We've been discussing this through practically 2 full pages of this thread. And who knows how many pages from the previous time "we discussed it".Like I said a hundred times already, the reason I'd vote for and did vote for Biden. Was only because he was running against the guy who I stated I would never vote for, trump. So again, now do you understand why I "constantly go to trump and all the things I do not like about him",when you ask the reasons on why i'm voting for a particular candidate?

@MrWhatsItToYa So if somebody is a rapist or even a serial killer, but it wouldn't affect his ability to perform for the country, that does not matter to you?Well this definitely explains our differences on how we choose who to vote for.
What's clear is that you support someone who is bragging about sexually assaulting women, that's right from his mouth. But evidently it's not enough for you to "get another candidate".But you need more proof then the guy admitting it on tape.
So according to you it's a "cop out" to exclude a person who has admitted sexually assaulted women, from being someone I would vote for.You know what, you are right.Maybe I should re-think me tendency to avoid voting for someone after using their personal traits (as you like to call them-like sexually assaulting women),against them.
Pence is a fricken cowardly clown who couldn't even stick up for himself by going against trump, after trump wanted to hang him. Here's an idea, why don't you vote for Pence,he evidently stands for the same things you do.But here's a big test of your allegiance to the cause, how do you feel about other people saying they would want to hang you for the cause, are you cool with that?

Some are for sure. Like I said I am sure a lot of folks will change their minds if he is convicted -- especially if they are charges they think will affect him being able to do his job. But I am not so sure that if the charges are found to be unwarranted or not pertaining to his ability to perform that folks will change their mind from Biden. I am almost certain the anti-Trump folks have blinders on just like the always-Trump guys do. It will be very interesting to see how many minds get changed.

I have not seen your reason(s) for before -- I have only seen your reason for next time. I understand you do not like his attitude and legal issues.
BUT what were your reasons before? Were those simply base on emotions and not policies?
I mean you still have not listed any Republicans you would like to see run with those same policies.
OR are you simply never going to consider a Republican?
If that is the case why the constant Trump talk all of the time?
