My opinion doesn't change.  If a crime was committed by anyone, including Biden, then investigate and if deemed appropriate they should prosecute whomever.  Nobody is above the law!

But these three cases are all different.  One of them involved willful obstruction!

But in spite of the visits from several Chinese balloons
while Trump was in office, many MAGA Republicans
have complained that President Joe Biden didn’t order
the most recent balloon shot down quickly enough —
or that he shouldn’t have allowed the balloon
to enter U.S. airspace to begin with...

Hypocrisy of republicans blaming Biden while ignoring Trump.  Pentagon press secretary Ryder said Chinese balloons have been observed in the US in past years.  This story is reported by Forbes, Bloomberg, Wall street journal and Foundation for defense of democracy.  The Independent reveals several Trump security officials have never been briefed on Chinese balloons.  The Atlantic says US and China have hundreds of spy satellites but mutual surveillance helps to prevent war.

Never happened... if it did... msm and social media would have been all over it especially cause they have such hatred for him...

That's the claim. And the looney rightwing in media insist that we should have shot down this "bio-hazardous balloon" - possibly filled with deadly contagions - over US soil after the alarm sounded in Montana.

No evidence Chinese balloon is bio weapon or radioactive.  Military has determined that the balloon poses no physical threat.  Electronic jamming prevents data transmissions.  Trump's son suggests Montana citizens shoot the balloon which is impossible because it is too high in the sky.   Falling bullets could be potentially hazardous.  Hysterical GOP just want to manufacture a controversy for political theater.  But shooting of balloon shows that the safety and security of Americans are important to Biden administration.
