nature..I read the allegations and thought this shit only happens in 3rd world countries. How insane is this? This doctor is making sure these women never give birth to a brown baby again. WTF?
i had the same thoughts when the story hit the cable news channels earlier today. Congress should get to the bottom of this and find someone accountable if this is true.

More women come forward to complain of forced sterilization at the facility.
Amin has performed surgery or other gynecological treatment on at least eight women detained at Irwin County Detention Center since 2017, including one hysterectomy, said Andrew Free, an immigration and civil rights lawyer working with other attorneys to investigate medical treatment at the jail. Doctors are helping the attorneys examine new records and more women are coming forward to report their treatment by Amin, Free said.
“The indication is there’s a systemic lack of truly informed and legally valid consent to perform procedures that could ultimately result — intentionally or unintentionally — in sterilization,” he said.

Trumps America champion womens health concerns for Latino immigrants.
A drawing on a medical consent form depicts a woman crying. A number of women allege they were administered birth control and underwent procedures, including the removal of their reproductive organs, without their consent while being held at the Irwin County Detention Center in Georgia.

The conservative Dixie Cray such as lbj can emerge in the taxa be for Texas first. Biden another southern Democrat can indeed turn the tide to a blue wave.
So 15 Supreme Court justices.... 7 8 decisions.... Seems fair.

The Trump administration has agreed to delay the deportation of as many as a dozen women who alleged medical abuse at an ICE facility in Georgia until President-elect Joe Biden takes office, according to a court filing.
The motion, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia on Tuesday, amounts to a significant retreat by the government, which until last week was aggressively moving to deport women who spoke out about receiving gynecological procedures they received while detained at the Irwin County Detention Center, a privately-operated prison at the center of a sweeping abuse investigation.

It seems the republicans want to force white women to have children. While sterilizing other ethnicities.
A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District Of Georgia declined to comment for the story. A spokeswoman for ICE said the agency “complies with all binding court orders.”
In the court filing, lawyers from the U.S. Attorney’s Office agreed to halt deportation proceedings of at least four women until January 21, one day after Biden takes office: Mbeti Ndonga, who immigrated from Kenya as a toddler; Yanira Yessenia Oldaker, who was brought to the U.S. from Mexico when she was 3; Ana Cajigal Adan, who moved from Mexico when she was 6 months old; and J.R., who fled to the United States in 2016 while nine months pregnant after escaping an abusive partner.
They have all gone public with detailed allegations about gynecological procedures and surgeries by Dr. Mahendra Amin they said they didn’t want, didn’t understand, or found painful. One of the women compared her visit to Dr. Amin to being raped. Another says she was told that her “uterus was as big as a melon” and that she would never have children
