sundance, you can have that opinion, but the facts are that a judge ordered him to stop racial profiling, he didn't listen and was convicted of contempt, he lost in a civil proceeding and there was a separate federal monitoring of his department that cost the taxpayers a bunch of money. he's been found to use his office in a racist manner in all sorts of ways by different people or agencies. i don't think he's ever won on this issue no matter who was the judge. i don't know how else we would make a determination other than it being said over and over again in our established venues for this kind of thing.
people can be in denial about him, but i'm sure the AZ taxpayers who have paid millions and millions for his behavior get it.

When you accept the pardon, you also accept the guilt of your actions. If you are innocent, why accept the guilt?
