Environmental groups applauded the Biden administration's move on Tuesday.

"We are long overdue to phase out [trump's] inefficient
old-fashioned light bulbs as this progress was illegally
delayed by the Trump administration for more than two years,"
Joe Vukovich, an energy efficiency advocate said in a statement.

"LED bulbs, which will replace[trump's] old incandescents,
use one-sixth the amount of energy to deliver the same amount
of light and last at least 10 times longer."

Google to invest $9.5 billion
in US offices and data centers

CNN BUSINESS -
Google said it will open an office in Atlanta this year and continue
to develop and expand office space in Austin and New York.
Google also said it plans to continue investing in data centers
in Iowa, Nebraska and Tennessee, among other states.

As part of the announcement, Google said it expects to create
at least 12,000 new full-time jobs at the company this year!

We need more investment like this across the nation.

TRUMP MUST PAY for scam!

WASHINGTON (AP) — Former President Donald Trump’s businesses
and inaugural committee have reached a deal to pay Washington, D.C.,
$750,000 to resolve a lawsuit that alleged his committee overpaid 
for events at his hotel and enriched the former president’s family in
the process,  according to the District of Columbia’s attorney general.

Attorney General Karl Racine announced the settlement agreement
in the case against the Presidential Inaugural Committee,
the Trump Organization and the Trump International Hotel
in Washington in a tweet on Tuesday.

As part of the agreement, the defendants will pay the District of Columbia
a total of $750,000, which will be used to benefit three nonprofit
organizations, the settlement paperwork says.

So the courts caught Trump in more fraud.  Expensive hobby.   I wonder if the RNC is paying for all this too.

I wouldn't doubt it.

ONLY 3.6% unemployment!

New York (CNN Business)
America's employers added 428,000 jobs in April, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday.

This is significantly more than the 391,000 that economists had predicted!

The US job market has almost fully recovered from trump's pandemic!

The US lost a total of 22 million jobs after the trump-regime allowed the pandemic to take hold in 2020, ultimately leading to the deaths of over 1,000,000 Americans.
And unfortunately the hefty inflation rate - which is afflicting the entire world and exacerbated by Putin's War - is still a deep concern.

But things are turning around.
In April 428,000 jobs were added, leaving the total number of US jobs only 1.2 million shy of pre-pandemic levels.

And the unemployment rate held steady at just 3.6%!

Remarkably, over 400,000 per months in the last 12 months.  This is the longest streak on record.  Also consumer spending is strong which is key for US economy.

This fact is overlooked because of the inflation caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February

The John F. Kennedy Library Foundation have been giving out the prestigious awards since 1989 to public servants who have made courageous decisions without regard to personal or professional consequences.

In addition to Zelenskyy and Cheney, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers (R), and Georgia Election Department worker Wandrea "Shaye" Moss are also being honored for their actions in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election.

— and the world — today than the fight for democracy.
Today’s honorees put their careers and lives on the line
to protect democratic principles and the integrity of our
elections. Their service and courage inspire us all,”
     - Caroline Kennedy, JFK's daughter and the honorary

Last year’s recipient was Republican Sen. Mitt Romney,
who was the only Republican to vote to CONVICT Trump
during his **first** impeachment trial in 2020.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson had armed Trump supporters gather in front of her home in December 2020 demanding that the state's presidential election results be reversed.

Despite threats and harassment, she fulfilled the duties of her office in accordance with state law and certified the vote, which favored President Joe Biden.

The Republican speaker of the Arizona House, Rusty Bowers, resisted illegal pressure from Trump and Rudy Giuliani to replace Arizona's LEGAL slate of electors with ILLEGAL Trump-supporting electors following Trump's 2020 election defeat.

He has endured threats and intimidation as well as an attempt to recall him from the legislature.

He also stopped a Republican-sponsored bill in January that would have allowed the Republican legislature to overturn the results of an election.

Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, an elections department employee in Fulton County, Georgia, had to go into hiding and change her appearance due to racist taunts and death threats after becoming the target of Trump allies looking to overturn the 2020 election.

Moss helped process the vote count on Election Day and was falsely accused of processing fake ballots for Biden. A recent investigation PROVED there was no fraudulent activity.

Despite the threats, she continues to serve in the Fulton County Elections Office.

Law enforcement needs to find the people making these types of threats & prosecute them accordingly.
