I was gonna take the Moderna but now it looks like i'm getting the Pfizer. Both are mRNA vaccines, which is what mattered to me.

Well, for starters, i'm under 40. And granted, there were some work arounds for that but mainly because while I am fully behind the use of mRNA therapies, i'm very interested in this stuff and had been reading up on this before covid 19 was even a thing, it's still experimental. I'm all about them theoretically but practicality is something quite different.

I was reading up on mRNA therapies before covid. The implications reach further than a covid vaccine or vaccination period. It is experimental but make no mistake about it, the use of mRNA is the future of medicine. That and crispr.

Too circle back to this, most people are vitamin D deficient and almost all of us should be taking supplements. It's especially bad for people's with darker skin but even many of our fairer skinned brethren are deficient simply because we are spending less time outside than our hunter/gatherer ancestors.

i agree 100% Stu. Amazing the decision makers did not promote the daily use of vitamin d, vitamin c, zinc etc   The sad part. They still do not promote the use of vitamins!  

Yeah, I was taking D and Zinc long before covid, among other things.
