Staving off another strike that could have real serious consequences - like a return to the supply chain issues -  can't be overstated.

This is huge, much like when Biden team prevented the train strike last year.

    It's been a GREAT 2.5 years for the  Joe Biden presidency:

After whupping the twice-impeached and now criminally indicted sex-offender in 2020....

• immediately hit the ground running with "Operation Ludicrous Speed".... got the vaccines mass produced [specifically engineered only to combat the then dominant Wuhan-Strain of covid]  distributed and injected at incredible speed, saving hundreds of thousands of American lives!

• over 55+ Executive orders to reverse harmful policies of the disasterous trump regime

• passing and immediately enacting the *ABSOLUTELY VITAL* American Rescue Plan, to save families, businesses, and the economy from near collapse --- despite the FACT that every republican followed trump's orders and REFUSED to vote for rescuing Americans and their businesses from the very pandemic disaster the republicans allowed to happen.

• restoring American respect and prominence on the world stage nearly eviscerated by trump-regime

• confronting both China and Russia, unlike the previous guy who actually embraced them

• the ONLY president to *FINALLY* get us out of a devastating and extremely costly "nation-building war" in Afghanistan, first started by the republicans 20 years ago.

• passing and enacting arguably the most profound Infrastructure bill in several decades: the *VITAL* American Infrastructure Plan supported in a *bipartisan* vote

• massive and immediate aid to tornado-victim communites in 5 states (most of them red states) - and he didn't hurl paper-towels at the victims!

• U.S. economy grew 5.7% in 2021 under Biden, fastest full-year clip since 1984, despite ongoing pandemic exacerbated by trump

• unemployment down to the 3.4% - 3.9% range for 12 consecutive months! Never has anything even close ever been achieved before!

• passing the bipartisan Inflation Reduction Act!

• passing the vital and bipartisan CHIPS and Science Act!

• spearheading an international coalition to fight Russian terrorism

• derailing the sinister plot by MAGA-republicans to force our economy into default

This is the best record of achievements by any US president in history!

Undeniable!

The hill reports that Biden would sign executive order to expand birth control access to mark anniversary of supreme court overturning Roe.  Access to contraceptives has become more important when abortion access is restricted in some states.

A decent solution to a complex problem.  Nicely done President Biden.

Biden administration announces $42 billion to expand high speed internet access nationwide.  This could help over 8 million families and businesses.  In modern age, internet access is as important as electricity or water or other basic services.
