NBC news report Biden administration plan to lower childcare costs for up to 80,000 low income families.  Proposal would cap costs to 7% of family income for those benefiting from Childcare and development fund.

Yahoo news report Biden administration announcement that over 800,000 borrowers will have $39 billion in student debt relief due to fixes of administrative errors that miscount monthly payments under income based repayment plans.  Since Biden took office, over $116 billion in student debt relief has been approved for millions of borrowers according to education department.
