Dream act is long overdue and has had bipartisan support since first introduced 20 years ago. This is no-brainer legislation because deporting millions of innocent children would be unfair and a huge loss for US economy.   To qualify, applicants must live in the US for many years before their 18th birthday.  Either college degree, work experience or military service may be required.
