Actually the documents found in the street were the property of Scotish Police. Either they are sloppy or maybe they really dont like Biden.

Speaking of documents. The Wash Post now has a story out they know who leaked the top secret classified docs that futher embarassed our country. Of course it is a young white racist, antisemetic gun toting govt overeach hater working at a military base. Seems a distraught teenager has contacted the Post and revealed the whole thing.

So the New York Times has identified the secret document leaker, visited his house, interviewed his mother and online friends. ALL AHEAD OF LAW ENFORCEMENT.

I had TSC/SCI at 18.  After you pass the background checks and your work warrants them -- you have them.

Kid was Air National Guardsman.... who da fook has access to such docs?  

I take this back.... I was assuming competency in those in the higher ranks above him.  My bad, my bad.... 

He had the highest security clearence allowed by the federal government. 

If that's the case would not a background check reveal his online affliations?? This is really beginning to smell.

The FBI had to move quicker than they wanted to as The NewYork Times had already visited his house. 

Why would anybody at such a young age be assigned work that requires TSC?? When I worked in the local government sector nobody at that young of age was given such responsibilities or anything close. It was earned only after years of dedicated service proving your trustworthy. 

Sometimes access is approved based on your job title which is very lazy approach to security.

They need to fix this now with an outside white hat review of their security levels/approach! 

No idea on his particular situation.  He may have had a specialized job skill set that required them.  He may have recently gotten them and that may be why his affiliations were not screened again yet.  Maybe the affiliations were even more recent.  His polygraphs had maybe not even started after his clearances were approved.  Those are generally done annually but can vary greatly depending on job and can be random, or even if untoward affiliations are suspected, etc.  I also am not sure how the military does it for their folks that require them for their work.
