Yahoo news report that Disney has filed a lawsuit against DeSantis for targeted campaign of government retaliation against the company for having the gall to speak out on "don't say gay" law. Legal experts say Disney has a strong case in first amendment freedom of speech and violation of property rights that DeSantis is trying to destroy.

For this part, Trump is spot on. DeSantis' war on culture, Disney World, banning school books, etc. will kick his behind when next week he announces the presidential run.
I know the media narrative gets in the way of actual truths in the world but Disney has been aggressively cutting costs since Bob Iger took over as CEO.
This article goes back to 2021 when he mentions the move of Disney employees from California to Florida was announced and supposed to take place within 18 months. It was delayed since then and the last update given was last summer in 2022 when they expected another 3 year delay until 2026.
Mr. Iger commenting....."Iger was also asked about Disney's plan to move Imagineering from California to Florida (Lake Nona). He said he's aware that the relocation had been delayed, but hasn't made any decision on it."
Sounds like Mr. Iger has made a decision finally.
