This VICTORY only reinforces the TRUMP agenda and mandate by his supporters..

Didn't cost me much. As soon as Trump tweeted on her behalf I backed the hell off knowing the dopey deplorables would 'show those MSM 'fake news' people what they got.' Yeah you showed them. Another debacle of a vote and disgrace as you ruin the country.

Ya know the part of 'family values' (apropos since Newt used to tout that day in day out in this district), that supports the following:

The WORSE the candidate, morally or otherwise, the MORE the party of 'family values' comes to show up for them.

So sad. And somehow this victory will turn into a prayer of thanks as they put a gun to the head of this country and pull the trigger.

Democrat Jon Ossoff conceded the Georgia special election runoff to Republican Karen Handel ...

Ossoff called Handel  to congratulate her on a "hard-fought race."

Ossoff told the crowd at his campaign's Atlanta watch party....."This is not the outcome any of us had hoped for, but this is the beginning of something much bigger than us...the fight goes on."

 Yeah right pajama boy ..that's the rally cry...it was something bigger than use guys...

Excuse me if you know anything about betting the apparent WORST bets are the best bets (I bet on LSU this year in their worst losing streak ever. They won outright).

You STILL do not know how to cap and come in AFTER all is said and done but disappear in so many of my winning threads it's hilarious.

Anyhow, no one mentions my clean sweep of Hillary props during the convention (I won every single one and put NONE of them in my record). But slip up and have 100,000 more votes in swing states determine one of the weakest electoral college victories ever..>BAD BET!! please. Anyone who bet on Trump is simply playing craps and got lucky beyond belief. 

Here was a different story. And it did rain all over this district which always suppresses Dem turnout as well. That's of note. Not a major factor but it would have been closer for certain.

I didn't claim I maxed out anything. I said they can be maxed out. And I said it because Club (it wasn't a potshot at me) but he was indirectly saying this bet wasn't of consequence. 

And again, what do I gain by saying I maxed out a political prop bet??? LOL. Who cares. You don't bet my money and I don't bet yours.

I bet $10 or $10,000. What the hell do you care? (Apparently a lot because here you are up my a** again. But not so much in the NBA playoffs where I crushed of course).

It wasn't just one seat it was what it represented.  Why do you think the media is covering only this special election and not the other 3 the Republicans won?  There was a reason why most elections spend 1.3 million on average and over 50 million was spent on this.

This was a district the Dems were hoping to get which is white, college educated and has money.  Again they failed.  Without these type of voters they can't win in 2018 and they know it.  What about the all of the good eligible democrats who may run, if they would have won they could have said look at what we did here.  Now those Democrats will go no where near a red district only securing existing Repub seats in Congress.  

What about Ryan who is the real winner.  Those in Congress can now relax and Ryan can say Trump won't hurt you in 2018 if you push Healthcare.  Now Ryan can push whatever and sell Trump to those in Congress.  Those Republicans could have said no to Trump and gone their own way and passed nothing through Congress because they were scared in 2018.  Now they don't have to because of this important victory.

I could go on and on but this wasn't just one seat.  It meant so much more politically and now they GOP can get back to work for the American people.

Funny moment of the night was when Handel didn't even mention Trump just said President and the crowd went wild saying TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP.  Say what you want but his Twitter helped her a lot.

The Dems admit after this they need to try and figure something else out because always mentioning Trump isn't working.  You still think it's just one seat ClubDirt?

There was 35,000 Republican voters who didn't show up in the primary and they went after them hard and they showed up in big numbers.  Turn-out was the difference in this race.

And the dumpster fire that the Democratic Party has become burns on baby.... Keep trying, I can't believe they didn't bring in the head frump to get them going. Where was HRC? Didn't hear about her going there. If only she brought that magnetic personality and electric smile to town, maybe, maybe the (D) woulda won....

............  getting the turn-out was always the capping factor in this race...nothing else really mattered.

I was wrong, it's 0-5 in "special" elections since November 8th... Oh the outrage at Trump is immeasurable, the people have spoken AGAIN... So much for those "Georgia Mothers" that in hindsight felt they left the Frump down last year. Of course the outrage is only from the left, media & college campuses. Wait until the working man/woman gets a noticeable raise after getting fleeced by the Fed and the only reward was doubling the debt and a failed healthcare plan. Of course 0 made Iran flush with cash and his legacy is BLM & ISIS....

I think there should be a collusion investigation in this race too. Rumors are already starting that Handel got a Uber ride and the driver was Russian.
