I stated before and I guess you didnt care to read what I said...the only way to stop the spending or even get close to a balanced budget is to remove the loan sharks....politicians owe their jobs to the loan sharks and unless that is removed, your utopic ideal scenario has zero chance...and thus it has zero chance. Private and corp monies have polluted politics from before this country was even established and there is no stopping it. Someone is going to get paid, a loan shark of one sort or the other gets paid because that is how politics everywhere works.
I read exactly what you wrote. Do you believe the Democrats can fix this? And if so, when?
