Trump’s 2017 Tax Cut Fueled Investment but Did Not Pay for Itself Despite False Promises, Study Finds
NY TIMES -
WASHINGTON — The corporate tax cuts that former President Donald Trump signed into law in 2017 have boosted investment in the U.S. economy and delivered a modest pay bump for workers, according to the most rigorous and detailed study yet of the law’s effects.
However, those benefits are less than Republicans promised, and they have come at a high cost to the federal budget.
The corporate tax cuts came nowhere close to paying for themselves, as conservatives insisted they would.
Instead, they are adding more than $100 billion/year to America’s growing national debt, according to the quartet of researchers from Princeton University, the University of Chicago, Harvard University and the Treasury Department.
The researchers found the cuts delivered wage gains that were “an order of magnitude BELOW” what Trump officials predicted and advertised: about $750 per worker per year on average over the long run, compared with staggering promises of $4,000 to $9,000 per worker per year!!!

According to Medias touch, Trump falsely claims to have the most secure border in US history. In 2019 address, Trump describes border as a crisis. Now he demands congress republicans reject the same proposals he asked for in 2019 because they would improve border security and asylum system. Number of migrants increased every year of Trump administration except in pandemic emergency. More migrants have been deported under either Biden or Obama than the average number during Trump administration.
Also Trump has a higher rate of migrants released into the US because of limited detention facilities. Biden inherited millions of asylum claims that have been backlogged for years because immigration courts lack funding to process them. But latest bill passed by republican House cuts spending for immigration courts. With current resources, it would take decades to deport current illegal migrants. No president can fix these problems unless they defy laws. American immigration council say Trump has only made problems worse.

"I am proud to announce that I secured $1,857,000 for a Water District Development Project for the Town of Massena in this year’s appropriations process. This funding will go toward providing public water service to the residents of Massena."

Federal judge sentencing a Jan. 6 rioter worries deranged Trump could spur another violent attack
WASHINGTON — A federal judge who has overseen numerous criminal cases against Donald Trump supporters who viciously assaulted police officers during the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol expressed concern during a sentencing hearing Thursday that the disgraced former president could trigger another violent attack in the lead-up to or aftermath of the 2024 presidential election.

Republicans believe media censors right wing views. Al Jazeera reports US supreme court questioning of republican laws that curb social media moderation policies. Tech companies sue Texas and Florida violations of first amendment that restricts government regulation of free speech. Also supreme court appears likely to support Biden administration communicating with social media companies and editorial discretion to discriminate.

Republicans are lying about Biden's success in reducing illegal immigration. Falsely claiming that parole program secretly fly migrants into the US. But in Texas, judge ruled against republican lawsuit. For decades, democrat and republican presidents allow migrants to legally enter and temporarily stay in the US for humanitarian or public benefit reasons. This program isn't a secret and migrants pay expenses. As a result, up to 99% decrease in illegal entries from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. Historically, legal pathways have proven to be the most effective ways to reduce illegal immigration.

In sham event, Trump and Johnson promise legislation to prevent non-citizens from voting. However under the law, it is already illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections. Despite no proof, Trump continues to falsely claim he won 2020 election. Absurd for him to pretend to be a champion of election integrity. Actually, he is a threat to democracy and the only president to be impeached for trying to overturn a fair election.

“Malinformation is info that is true but inconvenient to the government, that they don’t want people to hear,”
The term “malinformation” originates in the human rights-oriented Council of Europe co-authored report titled “Information Disorder.” The report defines “malinformation” as “when genuine information is shared to cause harm, often by moving information designed to stay private into the public sphere.”
The term stands in contrast with misinformation and disinformation, which both involve the spreading of false information as truth.

So you are suggesting a demand based inflation narrative.
Can you show with actual data that consumer demand is up 100-150-200% since Biden came into office?
You realize that to move the inflation needle based on DEMAND it would take likely a 100-200% DEMAND move to push inflation this far this fast when we were under 2% for over 15 years.
So show your data, I would like to see this demand data and how you can extrapolate it to forcing inflation. You cant...so why say it?

On social media X, Earth day ad denounces Trump as a climate denier whose agenda would destroy clean energy investments and devastate the planet. He claims climate change is a hoax. Contrary to a large majority of scientists worldwide.
Fox news ad from Republicans against Trump group shows that no employer should hire him if he is a job hunter at a shopping mall. "If Trump with 88 felonies is too big of a liability to get a job at your local mall, he is too big of a liability to be president of the United States."
