Trump may have hammered the final nail in his coffin today, What is he thinking?

He is getting slaughtered for what he said today and to make matters worse, He said he didn't know Putin yet there is video evidence of him saying last year he got along well with Putin, I actually thought he was going along in a good position in the campaign, All he has to do is avoid self destructing but looks like today's comments about Russia have done that.

Nah. The fact Hillary deleted 33,000 emails and had a server that wasnt protected is a far greater issue to me than someone talking about what happened.....

Of course but he as a presidential candidate should have realized how the press would receive those comments regarding Russia, If anything he has taken some of the heat off of the deleted emails by Hillary.

It's incredible how bad both these candidates are Goose, Both Presidential candidates are facing accusations of treason, You couldn't make this stuff up.

I understand that you aren't the brightest bulb, but do you really think there is anything Donald Trump can say to derail his campaign? If a person was dumb enough to vote for Trump prior to his comments about hacking, they certainly aren't going to change their stance because of the comments. The guy is a rolodex of stupidity and stupid comments, yet he's right in this.
 
All the heavy hitters are gearing up to speak at the DNC and lo and behold the media is talking nothing but Trump. I'm sure it was just coincidence he picked today to unleash that gem.

So one moment you accuse him of stupidity and then the next you say he planned this to take the spotlight away from the DNC which would suggest it was a stone cold and calculated move, and yet i'm the one who isn't the brightest bulb?

I almost never agree with Swish but what Trump said today, even in jest, was ADVOCATING for Russians to hack a Presidential candidate's email.

Again, even if it was in jest, it was Nixon-ian and with Trump you don't even know if he's kidding (and to me, he wasn't).

Hence he was asking the Russians to compromise our security.

And you put that up against emails on an unprotected server which was a big mistake, but a mistake nonetheless?

Advocating or a mistake.

You choose...or else...don't...

Because I know you'll just spin it in Trump's favor.

Most incredible tactics I've seen in my natural life among any candidate I've worked for in chaotic venues.. His comments on Russia were predictable to me but we'll see how the numbers shift. 
What I wouldn't give to hear a briefing among Donald and his advisers.

The liberal spin is to say what you just did.
The reality is that Trump referenced the 30,000+ deleted emails.
Deleting the emails was no "mistake", it was a calculated act in an attempt to cover her azz.

I hope Russia, or anyone else, can find those emails. The search should start with Loretta Lynn's possessions

It's really this simple...  Trump supporters are people who are sick and tired of being lied to by career politicians.  They want an outsider.  It doesn't matter who it is, just as long as they aren't a "Washington insider."  Trump is the first such person to make it this far and his supporters are going to support him to the end.  He could say he hates apple pie, p*** on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, and wipe his a** with the Declaration of Independence.  It wouldn't matter.  Win or lose, I think it's a good thing for this country, because the two party system obviously isn't what's best.  There needs to be more checks and balances in place.  Whether people realize it or not, this is a step in that direction.

Reality is Trump is smarter than people wanna give him credit for. He says what he wants and is sarcastic and taking stabs at Hillary. So what if he wasnt kidding? He asked that SOMEONE, even Russia find the emails HILLARY CLINTON DELETED.....

Trump said during the campaign he could shoot somebody and not lose voters, 40% of people will vote for him no matter what, its all about getting those 20% of independents

Trump policies are pro Russia

1) Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign chairman, has spent decades as a political adviser in eastern Europe.

Mr Manafort worked closely with former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, who was ousted from power in 2014 and is a known ally of Vladimir Putin.


2) Trump hired another advisor (Michael Flynn) who shared a dinner table in Moscow with Putin in December to celebrate RT's 10th anniversary.


3) Trump told the New York Times that he might not honour Nato commitments should Russia invade Baltic states.

The Republican National Committee shifted their stance on Russia under pressure from Trump staff in the days leading up to the convention in Cleveland last week.

One delegate proposed an amendment calling for the US to provide eastern Ukraine with "lethal defensive weapons" in their ongoing struggle with Russian-backed rebels in the region.

According to the Washington Post, Trump's allies pushed to weaken the statement, committing instead to providing "appropriate assistance".
