A lot of things will occur during the months or years that any given president is in the White House, but that mosty assuredly does not make all of those events the fault of nor responsibility of the president. 

trump is good at swindling suckers,that's the only thing that he has been successful at his whole life,everything else was given to him by his father.

Logically, that follows for any president, trump included. 

There must be knowable "cause & effect" -  not merely circumstance.

Judge holds Trump in civil contempt

A New York judge is holding Donald Trump in civil contempt
after the state's attorney general's office said he did not comply
with a subpoena for documents as part of its investigation
into the former President's private company.

Judge Arthur Engoron said Trump failed to abide by his order
to comply with the subpoena, and that his attorneys failed to
show how a search of materials held by Trump was conducted.

Trump will be fined $10,000 a day until he complies.

**NOTE:  There is zero incentive for trump and his team of accomplices to comply with court orders, since the RNC announced almost a year ago that they would be paying *ALL* trump's legal bills.

U.S. judge dismisses Trump's lawsuit challenging his Twitter ban

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -

A U.S. judge on Friday dismissed former President Donald Trump's lawsuit against Twitter Inc that challenged his suspension from the platform.

In a written ruling, U.S. District Judge James Donato in San Francisco rejected Trump's argument that Twitter violated his right to freedom of speech [ie, incitement, disinformation & LIES] which trump thinks are guaranteed by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Twitter and other social media platforms banned Trump from their services after he incited a mob of his supporters to attack the U.S. Capitol in a deadly riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

Predictable he would lose yet another court challenge despite the fact he claims he has no interest in returning to Twitter.

A report from the inspector general the Department of Defense finds that the Trump administration unlawfully retaliated against Yevgeny Vindman, the twin brother of Alexander Vindman, and who was fired in 2020 after raising concerns about Trump’s dealings with Ukraine.

The report finds that then-Lt. Col. Vindman “was the subject of unfavorable personnel actions from administration officials” after he alerted his concerns about Trump’s attempts to blackmail Ukraine for investigations into his political rival Joe Biden.
