Trump is a good wager for GOP candidate. 

He appears to have so much of the GOP trump trolled.
But trump is not a good bet to win it all.  especially at this point in the game.   Perhaps a while back when the odds were better,  at least you could hedge those odds for money

I am amazed at the whole thing. We do not really live in a democracy is my takeaway message.

Here in Colorado, they just took all the delegates and moved them. WTF is up with that?

As expected earlier, CNN projects Trump sweeping tonight's GOP Super Tuesday Primaries. 

The odds of Trump winning GOP Nomination could shoot up to -500 after tonight's results.

Cruz and Kasich sealed Trump's nomination. Trump line has been clear.go0 won't treat me fair.then the spin rules are rules blah blah blah.  But Kasich and Cruz teaming up to have votes go one here and the other way there plays into Trump's story line perfectly.
Kasich and Cruz cou?d really not be more polar opposites. Cruz is anti government. Anti eestablishment deals with a very narrow perception and has no friends in the Senate. Kasich is a party insider deals with moderate values wants a more inclusive party.....the only reason for these to align is to stop Trump...

It looks like.. if Trump is the  Republican nominee he will win the Presidency..

It will come down to turn out..who will motivate the people to come out and vote...Republican turnout this primary season is up 64% over 2012 levels..the turnout in New York’s April 19 primary alone was up more than 430% from 2012...

Democratic primaries have only drawn 21.6 million voters, compared with 26.1 million in 2008. ...  about a 20% decrease...whereas some 25.1 million Republicans have cast ballots this year, compared with 15.3 million in 2012. ...,,.

..and if Bernie isn't in the general election...Hillary will not draw enough voters to win the election..

The numbers are good news. Good news indeed.
Indiana will go Trump, and momentum follows.
Trump is very comfortable in front of the cameras, and he knows how to bring in swaths of registered democrats. The dull campaigns of two past low key strict line conservatives McCain and Romney will underscore how to run a GOP campaign. Trump overcame himself too (bombastic populist rhetoric) and gained momentum. That is resiliency. A repetition here and Killary and Cinton dynasty is thwarted.

I do agree with some of what you're saying but my only counter is that I heard there's a lot of people on the Republican side that said they could never support him even if he's the nominee.

That matters because they were saying the traditional support from Republicans would be lowered as a result.  They're probably right so what could happen is a close election decided by independents.  I'm pretty sure that Trump can't beat Hillary based on my assessment of the situation.  We'll see.  I expect a few hilarious moments from Trump whether he loses or wins.

This is probably true ..but a lot of people didn't want to vote for McCain in "08" but they did anyway  ..while holding their noses..

I maybe wrong,, but I feel the number of Democrats (esp. Bernie supporters) that cross-over and vote for Trump will exceed the loss of Republicans that Trump looses ..
