Jury fraud has always been regarded a distinct possibility in any of trump's 4 criminal trials.
It is entirely possible a MAGA-cult-moron can lie his/her way onto a jury past the jury selection process then stubbornly stand pat and create a hung jury to let trump off the hook for his crimes.
trump of course would then hail the resulting acquittal on an 11 - 1 vote as vindication - as being allegedly exonerated and therefore "completely innocent of the charges against him by the evil and corrupt democrats!"
If there were odds on this happening I would be taking YES!

Yes. Teflon Don will escape unscathed...not on merit, but rather one (or maybe two) of Trump's Deluded Supporters who will give him a hung jury.
And the prosecution can not appeal....

Panel members on both MSNBC and CNN seem to be a consnsus agreement that at least one MAGA did in fact lie his way onto the jury and will cause a hung jury.

Merchan on Tuesday found Trump had yet again violated a gag order that precludes attacks on witnesses, the jury and others.
Due entirely to Trump's behavior, Juan Merchan is now closer than any judge in American history to putting an ex-president behind bars after laying down a red line he says he may have no choice but to enforce if Trump does not start obeying the rules.
*This would set precedent in trump's other criminal cases!!!

According to Business insider, Trump would be found guilty in hush money case if jury was artificial intelligence chatbots. Lawyer Conway predicts all 12 members of jury won't acquit Trump. Best outcome for Trump defense is a hung jury which is not impossible.

Yep, that has been the consensus opinion all along...
A jury - not the merits of the case mind you - will ultimately decide trump should not be convicted of the more serious crime.
Nope.
The 45th ranked US president *WILL* escape justice, by a jury, in this first case!..... most likely a hung jury, but perhaps not if the charges are split. He may indeed be convicted on the less serious criminal charges however as the evidence is clear.
We've known all along that the law is different for people in power.
trump will not do prison time for this! He should, but he won't.

The American people all know that Trump could have taken the stand and testify! But, Trump didn’t testify because he didn’t want to be subject to cross examination. Period. He rarely allows himself to be put in a situation where he may face tough questions or challenged, and never allows himself to be put in front of someone who may ask him a hostile question. His rallies are stacked with MAGAts, does not do “town hall” style events, and he rarely encounters views and voices contrary to his own. Being subjected to cross examination by a skilled attorney would wreck him - such a man-baby that he is!
I can’t wait until the debates when Biden mops the floor with him.Hopefully Biden opens with “Oh, I thought he’d be in an orange jumpsuit.” If Trumps shows!

CBS news reveal Trump is on an astonishing 0-42 losing streak in jury trials. In recent civil and criminal trials, his lawyers cannot win over a single juror in republican and democrat counties. For examples, tax evasion, defamation, sexual assault, business fraud etc. Research shows jurors typically follow evidences and tend to reach consensus.

US Supreme Court Latest: SCOTUS sends Trump’s immunity case back to lower court
Associated Press
In a historic 6-3 ruling, the conservative justices said former presidents have absolute immunity from prosecution for their official acts and no immunity for unofficial acts. But rather than do it themselves, the justices ordered lower courts to figure out precisely how to apply the decision to Trump’s case.

More delays, but won't matter if the convicted felon wins in November because he will abuse his power and force all criminal cases against him dismissed.

There should be no immunity for hush money and documents cases because events occurred before and after Trump was president. Probably no immunity for election interference and January 6 cases because trying to overturn fair election results shouldn't be construed as official duties of presidents. Lower courts already decided no presidential immunity. However republican judges continue to make prosecution harder or more complicated to delay justice.

Surely.
But that's only if Newsom does not replace Biden on the ticket.

@thirdperson
I'm expecting similar results in lower courts of appeal too but eventually SCOTUS will rule in favor of conservative fascism

The saddest part for the American people is that has a very strong chance to become a fact.
