and desperate Trump files yet another appeal for a delay to his criminal and publicly humiliating hush money trial

If cult believes Trump is innocent, why won't he let trials go forward?  Why doesn't he want to prove his innocence?  Why does he need presidential immunity if he is innocent?  Why delay trials until after the election?  Trump knows he is guilty and his only chance is to pardon himself.

Trump doesn't know he is guilty...in America we are innocent until proven guilty...that's the law...don't you all say no one is above the law all the time...well, the laws says one is innocent until proven guilty...it's just how the system works...just like Trump was not convicted of being a rapists yet you all still claim he was on a daily basis...that's about as insane as calling all you color coded candy apples racists because you keep choosing colors that I don't like...see how stupid that sounds....

Delaying a trial is human nature not because he thinks he is guilty...it's common sense and each person in this forum and around the world would do the same exact thing if you were on trial

Now the watch is on:  will the loser file yet another appeal Friday in a desperate bid to delay the start of his criminal trial on Monday?

I bet he does.  Either Friday or Saturday! 

I for one never new you can say whatever you want about a judge or a prosecutor before a trial without any fear of its consequences! I actually think John Gotti had more respect for the court and its officers! For the next 6 weeks you will be hearing, “I object, your honor! This trial is a travesty. It’s a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham.” …….And then will come the……….. I must agree with Trump….We are a banana republic his behavior is living proof!

Trump cries about being unfairly treated.  Actually, unequal justice system is treating him with kid gloves.  Double standard as Trump shows how the rich can evade justice by exploiting due process through endless appeals and delay tactics.  If Trump was like other defendants, he should already be in jail.

You mean like so many others or just Trump? I mean, is Trump the only one that gets this kind of preferential treatment or are there others? I'm sure collectively we could name quite a few that have this very same thing, but let's just mention Trump...

Sounds like many of you are very scared of what could possibly happen in a few months time....I would be worried if I were you but don't act like your team does not deploy the same tactics...just keep it real and not pile on when there are others that do the same...Trump is off, but so are many others...be partial and see the big picture not just the picture you wish to paint...

One thing is certain, no matter how many negative posts are posted about Trump or Biden, none of what is said in here is swaying one poster to turn to your side....that's a fact...it's easy to see that it's your side against the other side and not many can be impartial which is quite sad....rudimentary vs elementary

Judge rejects Trump’s 5th attempt to delay hush money trial over pretrial publicity

Judge Juan Merchan has rejected yet another attempt
by indicted former President Donald Trump
to delay his criminal hush money trial set to begin
in New York on Monday.

Merchan issued an order Friday denying a motion
from Trump’s attorneys to delay the trial due to
excessive pretrial publicity. The ruling is hardly a
surprise, and the latest in a series of decisions by
the courts this week rejecting Trump’s 11th hour
attempts to stop his HISTORIC first criminal trial.

“The remedy that Defendant seeks is an indefinite adjournment.
This is not tenable,” Merchan wrote Friday.
“The situation Defendant finds himself in now is not new to him
and at least in part, of his own doing.”

Trump is charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business
records over the reimbursement of hush money payments
made before the 2016 election to an adult film star alleging
an affair a decade earlier.
Trump has pleaded not guilty and denied the affair.

New York times/Siena college poll reveals most people believe Trump has committed serious crimes. Also more people think he is guilty instead of innocent. He has already been convicted of sexual assault, defamation, tax evasion and business fraud.

 The Trump playbook says even if he’s found guilty, he’ll just tell his base he was found innocent. Just like that Mueller report totally exonerated him !
Though, at the very least, ever since the Dominion suit, it does seem like Fox is slightly less enthusiastic to push lies for him. Pre-Dominion, I could see Fox reporting him as innocent regardless of the actual verdict. As much as they want him to get re-elected, I don’t think they want to get sued again.

Jury fraud has always been regarded a distinct possibility in any of trump's 4 criminal trials.

Jury selection is not perfect.  It is entirely possible a MAGA-cult-moron can lie his/her way onto a jury past the jury selection process then stubbornly stand pat and create a hung jury to let trump off the hukk for his crimes.

trump of course would then hail the resulting acquittal on an 11 - 1 vote as vindication - as being allegedly exonerated and therefore "completely innocent of the charges against him by the evil and corrupt democrats!"

Yea, because it only takes a maga cult moron to create a hung jury...is that the excuse that will be used if it doesn't go your way...are you already setting yourself up that if the trial doesn't obviously find him guilty then there it must be that a maga member got on the jury and created it???? Or would it be better to just think that if a jury of his peers finds him not guilty through our judicial process then so be it.....so hung up on maga that and maga this that it creates blinders for some of you....sometimes things are just because they are...not sure how some of you get on day to day with your lives
