Word on the street says that in san francisco, it is not uncommon to find semen in stools, while the corn can probably be attributed to the high number of vegetarians living in the area. SF consistently ranks near the top of the most vegetarian friendly cities in north america.

Yes, SF has a "sprawling latino ghetto" that is WORSE than major capitol cities in Latin America.
And NO, there is no "cross benefit" of "new cuisine" like a fancy Latin American restaurant. Yes, SF has "trendy restaurants" established long ago. But in this ghetto NOONE wants to establish anything but grab and go dives that are rat infested (as many rats as NY has at night). Rats chew on everything, pee everywhere, and of course leave droppings willy nilly.
The people live in crowded conditions. They seem to ALL HAVE "PINK EYE" which is a condition of hepatitus passed on by fecal matter. Hepatitus is a Latin american prevalent condition due to roaming rats, dogs, and people defecating where they feel the urge to, due to restaurants forbidding their free useage. They charge a few pesos to evacuate your system, so most do so in the streets to save money.
